Every print from Paperlust Print Shop should feel spot‑on. If it doesn’t, tell us within 30 days from dispatch and we’ll reprint at no cost. No fine print, no hoops — just happy printing.

- Free priority reprint. We reprint and ship it out — fast and on us.
- Simple process. A quick message and a photo are usually all we need.

How it works
- Say hello.Contact us at printshop@paperlust.co within 30 days of dispatch and tell us what’s wrong.
- Show us. Share a quick photo or note so we can see the issue.
- Returns. Returns are required for refund.
- We reprint. We’ll reprint your order free of charge (with the same artwork).
- We prioritise it. Your reprint goes to the front of the queue and ships ASAP.
What’s covered
Transit damage: bent corners, scuffs, weather damage on signage — new set incoming.
Trim & cut: edges slightly off, shape not quite right — we’ll do it again.
Adhesive & materials: sticker not sticking as it should; material feels not what you had in mind — reprint on a better available match.
Short version: If you’re not delighted, we reprint.

Refund
Simple, transparent, timely.
- If you opt for a refund instead of a reprint, we’ll initiate it within 1–2 business days after confirming your case.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks/card providers typically take 3–10 business days to complete processing.

What’s the timeframe?
Make a claim within 30 days from dispatch. That’s a full month to check your order.
Do I have to pay shipping again?
No. Reprint and shipping are on us.
Do I need to send the first batch back?
Refund: Yes - please return the original items to our office.
We process your refund once the return is in transit.
Reprint: Usually no — a quick photo is enough.
Keep or recycle the originals unless we ask for a return.
What if I’m past 30 days?
Still reach out. We’ll always try to help.
If I choose a refund, how long until it appears in my account?
We initiate refunds in 1–2 business days; your bank/card provider may take 3–10 business days to post it.
