What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.

Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

Will these damage my car's paint?
Not if applied and removed properly. Clean the surface before applying, and if you remove the sticker within a year, it should peel off cleanly. After years of sun exposure, adhesive may bond more strongly—use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm it before peeling.
Can I put these on windows instead of bumpers?
Yes. They stick to glass just as well and are easier to remove from windows than painted metal. Many customers use them as rear window decals or side window promotions.
What's the minimum order for political campaign stickers?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities, but pricing gets much better at 250+ stickers. For serious campaign runs, most clients order 500-2,000 to cover volunteers, supporters, and events. We can turn around large orders in 3-5 days.
Can you print in specific Pantone colors for brand consistency?
Absolutely. Send us your Pantone codes and we'll match them. This is especially important for political campaigns and businesses with strict brand guidelines.
What if I don't have a design ready?
