Custom Floor Sticker Printing in Australia

Your floor surface, traffic and expected life decide the right material. These anti-slip floor stickers come in three options:

• Standard Indoor Vinyl: P3 slip rating, removable, suits clean smooth hard indoor floors such as sealed ceramic and porcelain tiles, polished or sealed concrete, sealed timber and laminate, commercial vinyl and painted floors; typically 1 to 3 months in normal foot traffic, longer in quiet areas and shorter with heavy traffic or frequent mopping. Not for carpet or wet areas.
• Hi-Tack Indoor Vinyl: P3 slip rating from the same anti-slip laminate as Standard, with a stronger adhesive for a firmer hold on the same indoor smooth hard floors; not for carpet. If in doubt about a floor, test one sticker first.
• Walk-On Textured Vinyl: R12 slip rating, 250 micron heavily textured matt film with a fabric base, sticks to carpet (not high-pile or multi-level loop carpet), tiles, concrete, timber and stone pavers, indoor and outdoor short-term use up to 6 months depending on foot traffic.

P ratings come from the wet pendulum test in AS 4586 and run from P0 to P5, where a higher number means more slip resistance. R ratings come from a ramp test and run from R9 to R13, where a higher number means more slip resistance; neither rating replaces your own safety check.

Choose Square / Rectangle, Circle or Custom Shape.

• Square / Rectangle: cut straight to size.
• Circle: cut round, with the size you choose setting the diameter, so 300mm W x 300mm H gives a circle 300mm across. Circles are offered on the square sizes 150 to 600mm.
• Custom Shape: cut to the outline of your artwork, such as an arrow, a footprint or a logo, within the size chosen. The proof shows the cut line before anything prints.

The 600 x 900mm size has no circle, and the 90 x 1000mm strip is rectangle only.

Seven stock sizes cover most floor graphics.

• 150 x 150mm: small symbols, logos and step-here spots.
• 300 x 300mm: the usual queue spot or stand-here marker.
• 400 x 400mm: seen from further back in a queue or at an entrance.
• 500 x 500mm: a promotion or logo at an entrance or in an aisle.
• 600 x 600mm: a large promotion, a brand zone or an event logo.
• 600 x 900mm: a portrait panel for a direction arrow, a welcome message or a promotion; Square / Rectangle or Custom Shape only.
• 90 x 1000mm strip: one metre long, for where a queue starts, a keep-clear zone or a boundary; Square / Rectangle only.

Retail stores use floor decals for promotions and logos in aisles and entrances. Hospitality venues mark queue spots and direction arrows, while healthcare and pharmacy floors use queue spots and direction markers in waiting areas. Warehouses and safety lines use the long strip for boundaries and keep-clear zones. Offices and conference venues on carpet use Walk-On Textured Vinyl for stand-here and direction markers. Outdoor events on pavers use the same walk-on material for short-term wayfinding. Printed shopfront glass can pair with window graphics, and freestanding displays are available as standees.

All prices include GST. A single 300mm circle floor sticker is $80.83, and ten 300mm circle floor stickers are $107.21 ($10.72 each). Fifty 300mm circles are $230.19 ($4.60 each). A single 300 x 300mm square is $67.22, and ten are $94.72. A single 150 x 150mm square is $62.75, and fifty are $95.40. A single 600 x 600mm square is $79.73. A single 90 x 1000mm strip is $63.51, and ten are $93.62. On Walk-On Textured Vinyl, a single 300 x 300mm square is $79.98, and ten are $139.52. The configurator on the page prices every other size, material and quantity combination. There is no minimum order, and packs go up to 100.

Supply artwork as PDF, SVG or Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) in CMYK colour, full size with bleed. For directional words read from a standing position, keep letters at least 50mm tall; bold, high contrast designs read best at floor level. A digital proof arrives within 1 to 2 business days of ordering and shows layout, text, colours and the cut line at full size, with two rounds of edits included. Production takes 2 to 4 working days after proof approval. Delivery is a flat rate of $15 standard or $60 express per order anywhere in Australia, with free pickup from our facility at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167 Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
