What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 cards, and the selector runs up to 5,000 cards. This range suits a small independent practice as well as a larger clinic planning repeat reminders across several locations.
How should I set up my artwork file?
Supply artwork at 96 x 61 mm so the 90 x 55 mm card has 3 mm bleed on all four sides. Keep the practice name, phone number and any ruled lines at least 4 mm inside the trim. PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator are preferred, with fonts outlined and artwork at 100% scale. High resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi is accepted. Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
What paper stocks can I choose?
You can choose 300 GSM Matte, a smooth low glare matte on bright white; 300 GSM Linen, with a visible linen texture on ultra white; or 300 GSM Cotton, an off white cotton blend that prints well and writes well. All three papers are supplied with no laminate.
Can these cards be laminated?
This product is unlaminated only. Gloss laminate, matte laminate, velvet laminate, spot UV, foil and Scodix are not offered. The unlaminated surface takes ballpoint or gel pen ink at the front desk, while a laminated or velvet finished card resists ink.
What sizes and shapes are available?
All cards are 90 x 55 mm. Rectangle is a straight cut card with square corners, and Rounded Corners has gently rounded edges. A client can keep the card in the card slot they already have.
Can the date and time lines go on the back?
Choose front and back printing and place the ruled lines in the back artwork. The lines are part of the artwork you supply; there is no ready made layout. A practice that wants a branded face and ruled date and time lines on the back usually chooses front and back.
How is this different from a standard contact card?
These cards are printed for a next booking rather than a first introduction. The uncoated 300 GSM stock and no laminate finish let the front desk write on the surface in pen. If you want the same three papers as an ordinary contact card, Standard Business Cards are available.
