How fast production works

1. Design proof: After you order, we email a design proof within 1 to 2 business days.
2. Proof approval: Approve your proof before the cut-off to qualify.
3. Production: Production starts after proof approval and follows the timeline for your product.
4. Release for shipment: The order is released for shipment the production day after production is completed.

24-hour production for stickers, excluding foil, bumper, vinyl, holographic and textured stickers

• 24-hour production applies to stickers other than foil, bumper, vinyl, holographic and textured stickers.
• Approve your proof by 3pm Pacific time (6pm Eastern), Sunday to Thursday.
• When the cut-off is met, we produce your order the next production day and release it for shipment the following production day.

48-hour production for roll labels, excluding foil labels

• 48-hour production applies to roll labels other than foil labels.
• Approve your proof by 1pm Pacific time (4pm Eastern), Sunday to Thursday.
• When the cut-off is met, we produce your order within 48 hours and release it for shipment the following production day.

Shipping information

• Shipping times: Transit time depends on the shipping method (Standard or Express) and the delivery address.
• Tracking: We email a tracking code when the order ships.
• Estimated delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates because of factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.

General conditions

• Production days: Production days are weekdays in our production time zone, which falls from Sunday afternoon to Thursday afternoon in US time. Approvals after the cut-off, or on a Friday or Saturday, move to the next production day.
• Proof approval: Production begins only after you approve your proof, and late approvals extend the turnaround.
• Order queue: The print queue may affect timelines.
• Cut-off times: Cut-off times are stated in Pacific and Eastern time.
