Production and shipping times
Your total time has three parts: the proof, production after approval, and shipping. A digital proof is emailed within 1 to 2 business days of the order, and production begins only after proof approval. Shipping transit is added on top.
This page lists the production time for every product on the US store, the fast production cut-off times, and the shipping options and live rates. It also explains how to plan an order you need by a fixed date.
Order timeline
Step 1: Proof by email
A team member checks your file and emails a digital proof within 1 to 2 business days of the order.
Step 2: Approval starts production
Production begins once you approve it, and the clock starts at that approval.
Step 3: Production after approval
From approval, production runs for the time listed on the product page and in the table below.
Step 4: Shipment after production
The order ships the production day after production finishes, with a tracking code by email.
Step 5: Shipping transit
Transit time sits on top of production. Standard and Express checkout options are both tracked.
Fast production cut-off times
24-hour
Stickers with digital print, including white ink, can enter 24-hour production when proof approval happens by 3pm Pacific time (6pm Eastern), Sunday to Thursday.
48-hour
Roll labels except foil labels can enter 48-hour production when the proof is approved by 1pm Pacific time (4pm Eastern), Sunday to Thursday.
After the cut-off
A proof approved after the cut-off, or on a Friday or Saturday, starts production on the next production day.

At checkout you choose between two flat-rate tracked options per order: Standard and Express. The live rates, free Standard shipping threshold, and transit windows in business days are shown below in the shipping table.

Need it by a date
Write your needed date in the Special Request box at checkout and the team will tell you whether it can be met. Peak periods, for example before Christmas, can add time. Production times are estimates, and carrier delays are outside our control, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Are Paperlust Print Shop orders tracked?
Yes. Every order receives a tracking code by email when it ships. You can use that code to follow the parcel after shipment. Both Standard and Express shipping options are tracked.
Where are Paperlust Print Shop US orders made?
Canvas prints and framed prints are made in the United States and ship by ground within the US. Everything else is produced by our production team and ships with tracking. Each product's production time is listed in the production table below.
What should I do if I need my order by a fixed date?
Write the date in the Special Request box at checkout. The team will tell you whether it can be met. Peak periods can add time, so order as early as you can.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or late?
Shipping dates are estimates and carrier delays are outside our control, so delivery dates are not guaranteed. If a parcel is damaged in transit, the Perfect Print Promise covers a reprint or refund. Tell us within 30 days of shipment.
