Custom foil stickers with metallic shine

Custom foil stickers resolve a specific outdoor branding problem: the surface has to carry a metallic shine, and the product helps it hold that look while exposed to weather. The product combines the bright metallic look of the Silver Vinyl Sticker with a weather-resistant vinyl base, so a sign writer, fleet manager, or storefront brand can choose one product for visual impact and outdoor use. It is ordered when the job sits on vehicles, equipment, storefronts, or any panel that needs a metallic appearance made for outdoor exposure.

The material and finish decision is already settled for this product. You are ordering a Silver Vinyl Sticker with No Laminate. That means the metallic foil surface remains exposed, while the vinyl base underneath does the work of handling the elements. The Silver Vinyl Sticker body is what gives the product its outdoor weather resistance, and the No Laminate finish keeps the foil effect from being softened or covered. You do not add a laminate layer; the metallic look is the surface you order.

The dimensions offered are 30mm W x 30mm H (≈ 1.18 x 1.18 in), 30mm W x 100mm H (≈ 1.18 x 3.94 in), 50mm W x 150mm H (≈ 1.97 x 5.91 in), 60mm W x 60mm H (≈ 2.36 x 2.36 in), 75mm W x 75mm H (≈ 2.95 x 2.95 in), 75mm W x 200mm H (≈ 2.95 x 7.87 in), 120mm W x 120mm H (≈ 4.72 x 4.72 in) and 200mm W x 200mm H (≈ 7.87 x 7.87 in). Across all designs the maximum sticker size is 295mm x 425mm and the minimum sticker size is 20mm x 20mm. Minimum quantity is 10 per design, so a small branded run on a vehicle, machine, or storefront panel can start from ten stickers of the same size.

Because the material and finish are fixed, the file setup you send needs to be print-ready at the selected size. There is no separate finish choice to mark, and the product specification is already set. The minimum order of 10 per design means your artwork applies to the selected size for that run. Outside of size, the product decisions are made before you send the design, so your setup remains tied to the dimension list on the order.

Once applied, the sticker is made to handle outdoor exposure on vehicles, equipment, and storefronts. The vinyl base carries the outdoor resilience, and the metallic surface is the exposed face when the panel faces weather. That makes it suitable for applications where a metallic look and weather resistance need to sit on the same surface.

Vehicle and fleet work places this product on panels where a metallic logo has to stay readable outdoors. Equipment suppliers use it on machinery that moves between sites, and storefront brands apply it to glass and fascia when the branding faces weather and cleaning. Foil business stickers suit any trade that needs contact details or a nameplate to hold a metallic finish outdoors, whether the panel is on a vehicle, a machine, or a storefront.

This product is chosen over Vinyl Stickers when the job needs metallic shine as well as vinyl durability. It is chosen over Foil Stickers when the application will sit outdoors, because the vinyl base is built to handle the elements. If you are looking for foil sticker printing that stays weather-resistant, this is the route, and it gives a similar metallic impact on an outdoor-ready body. You may also weigh it against Rectangle Stickers when the shape is already known, then choose this product to keep the foil finish on a weather-resistant vinyl body.
