For a shopfront, staff room or club noticeboard, wall calendars put the year at eye level. The A4 2027 wall calendar is 210 x 297mm portrait with 13 pages: a cover plus a page for each month from January to December. It is printed in full colour on one side of 150gsm gloss art paper and bound along the top edge with twin loop wire, with a hanger and a thumb notch so each page turns on the wire. You can choose the Classic, Full bleed, Framed or Planner layout. The Planner gives the largest day boxes for writing appointments.
For a staff desk or reception counter, desk calendars put the month grid within easy reach. The A4 tent desk calendar is printed in full colour on one side of 350gsm artboard, then die cut and scored to fold into a standing tent. Its two sides are each 200 x 91mm, with January to June on one side and July to December on the other. Choose the Photo each side layout with two wide photos, or the Photo a month layout with twelve small photos, six on each side.
For kitchens, staff rooms and letterbox drops, fridge magnet calendars keep a name and phone number in front of a household. This DL calendar is 99 x 210mm, portrait with square corners, and has a full colour front under a gloss or matte laminate and a full magnet back. There are six ready layouts: Real estate agent, Appraisal offer, Tradie, Local business, Club or school, and Name strip. You can also upload print ready artwork or ask for a custom design. It holds on surfaces that attract a magnet, so test a stainless steel fridge door first, because some do not.
What moves the price of a printed calendar
Format is the first price driver. A wall calendar, a desk calendar and a fridge magnet calendar carry different production needs, so the product page prices them separately as the options are chosen.
Quantity is the next driver. On each calendar, the price per calendar is lower at bigger quantities.
Layout and options also move the total. On the fridge magnet calendar, laminate finish and gold, silver or rose gold flat foil on the matte face change what is selected. Foil is one colour per order and available on quantities from 25 to 250. The product page displays the total for each quantity as the options are chosen.
Photos, logos and files: what to send for each calendar
For the wall calendar, send 13 photos: a cover plus one photo for each month. Name them cover, then January to December or 01 to 12, so each lands on the correct page. At the Upload Artwork step, upload one ZIP file or paste a shared folder link in the details box. A logo goes in the same ZIP as a file named logo. Landscape photos suit the month pages. Full size photos straight from a phone or camera print well. The team checks every photo’s resolution before the proof and flags any image that will print soft. An optional logo and one details line print in the footer of every month page and the cover. Leave both out and the photo and grid keep the space. If you choose Upload my own artwork, supply a print ready PDF of 13 pages at 210 x 297mm with 3mm bleed on every edge, which makes a 216 x 303mm page, with the cover first, January to December in order, the calendar grids in the file, and nothing important within 14mm of the top edge.
For the desk calendar, upload one ZIP file or paste a shared folder link at the Upload Artwork step. In the two photo layout, name the photos side 1 for January to June and side 2 for July to December. In the twelve photo layout, name them January to December or 01 to 12. Full size originals from a phone or camera print well, while saved copies can print soft, and the team checks each photo’s resolution before the proof. You can add a logo and a single details line to a strip along the foot of both sides. Leave both out and the photos and months keep the space. For own artwork, supply a single page print ready PDF on the A4 tent calendar template with 3mm bleed, with the whole design, including the calendar grids, in the file.
For the fridge magnet calendar, choose a ready layout and supply the details it asks for. The Real estate agent layout uses a photo, name, job title, mobile, a line asking the household to keep the number handy, and an agency logo. The Appraisal offer layout uses the agent’s photo, name, mobile, agency logo, a headline asking if the household is thinking of selling, and an invitation to ask what the home is worth. The Tradie layout uses a logo, business name, a large phone number, a list of services and an optional licence number line. The Local business layout uses a logo, business name, opening hours, phone, address and a QR code that opens the business website. The Club or school layout uses a crest, club or school name and a box of key dates such as season start, finals, presentation night and term dates. The Name strip layout uses a large 2027 and a strip with a person’s name and phone number. You can also upload print ready artwork or ask for a custom design.
Public holidays and why the state you pick matters
Across the wall calendar, the desk calendar and the fridge magnet calendar, the weeks start on Sunday. Choose one state or territory, and the calendar marks that state’s state wide public holidays for 2027 from the Fair Work Ombudsman list. The wall and desk calendars show a key on each page or side. Regional or local holidays, evening part day holidays on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, Easter Tuesday in Tasmania, Victoria’s Friday before the AFL Grand Final, and school holidays are not marked.
The state choice matters because public holiday dates move around the country. The 2027 public holidays published by the Fair Work Ombudsman, read 22 October 2026, show the King’s Birthday holiday on Monday 14 June in the ACT, New South Wales, the Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, but on Monday 4 October in Queensland and Monday 27 September in Western Australia. Labour Day falls on Monday 1 March in Western Australia, Monday 8 March in Victoria, with Tasmania’s Eight Hours Day on the same Monday, Monday 3 May in Queensland, with the Northern Territory’s May Day on the same Monday, and Monday 4 October in New South Wales, South Australia and the ACT.
