You receive a digital proof showing the print at exact sizing with the cut path and any drilled-hole positions overlaid. Sign off on colour, sizing, shape, and content. No production starts until you confirm.
3. Substrate cut and print
Approved files run on flatbed UV-cure presses for corflute, PVC, and acrylic, or on screen-print equipment for screenboard composite. Substrate cutting is handled on a CNC router for shaped and bevelled jobs, or guillotine for rectangular dimensions.
4. Lamination and finishing
Outdoor jobs receive UV-resistant laminate. Eyelets, drilled holes, stand-off cutouts, edge polishing on acrylic, and frame-fit trimming are all handled at this stage to your spec.
5. Pack and dispatch
Panels are stacked flat with edge protection, palletised for large bulk-volume orders or boxed for smaller runs, and dispatched via tracked courier. For oversized panels above 1200x2400 mm we coordinate freight separately and confirm dispatch options before pack-out.
Care, Cleaning, and Expected Lifespan
A clean install and a basic maintenance routine extend the life of every panel we print.
- Mount onto a clean, flat surface for adhesive-mount installations, isopropyl alcohol wipe-down for any residue or oil before peel-and-stick.
- Tighten screw and bracket mounts to a snug fit only, over-torque on PVC and acrylic causes substrate fracture at the mount point.
- Avoid solvent or abrasive cleaners on laminated panels, warm water with a mild detergent and a microfibre cloth handles dust, salt spray, and most road grime without damaging the laminate.
- For outdoor installs, inspect mounting hardware after the first heavy weather event of each season, corflute eyelets and zip ties are the most common early-failure point.
Indoor acrylic panels retain optical clarity and colour for many years. Outdoor laminated corflute is rated 18 to 24 months in temperate Australian conditions. Outdoor laminated PVC delivers 5 to 7 years; screenboard composite consistently delivers the longest exterior life of the four substrates we print.
