What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.

Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes, we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.

- Express shipping: 1–2 business days for metro and 3–5 business days for regional (using Startrack)

Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
Unfortunately for Signage & Displays, delivery is limited to Australia only.
However, for other products such as Stickers & Labels, we ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2–4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
