Corflute Signs
Perfect for temporary and short-term signage that needs to look good and last.
Corflute signs are also commonly called coreflute signs, both terms refer to the same fluted polypropylene product. Whether you are searching for corflute or coreflute signage, it is the same product: three standard sizes, 600 x 450mm, 600 x 900mm and 900 x 1200mm, production in 24 hours on every size after your proof is approved, and flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.
Specification
- Product Dimensions:
- 600mm x 900mm (Most Popular!)
- 600mm x 450mm
- 900mm x 1200mm
- Material: 3mm or 5mm corflute (fluted polypropylene)
- Eyelets: Optional, four silver metal eyelets, 10mm diameter, one near each corner, plus $3.50 per sign. Eyelets are pressed in from the front, so the finished ring shows on the printed face and the back shows the rolled edge.
- Weather-resistant UV printing: UV LED inks cure instantly for immediate handling, with weather-resistant colours that withstand Australian sun, rain, and wind.
- White ink capability: White ink plus CMYK capability delivers vibrant colours on any corflute colour, not just white or light stock.

- No warping in production: Low-heat LED curing prevents the corflute board warping or distorting as it is printed.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Are Corflute Signs?
Corflute signs (also called corflute boards, corflute plastic signs or corrugated plastic signs) are made from fluted polypropylene plastic, the same material used for reusable moving boxes. The corrugated structure makes them lightweight but surprisingly rigid.
They’re the Swiss Army knife of signage: affordable, versatile, and built for real-world use.
What is the difference between corflute and coreflute?
There is no difference, corflute and coreflute are two common spellings of the same product. Corflute is the more widely used spelling in Australia; coreflute is an alternate spelling used by some suppliers and buyers. Both refer to the same fluted polypropylene plastic sign board available here.
What sizes do corflute signs come in?
Our corflute signs are available in the following sizes:
- 600 x 450mm
- 600 x 900mm
- 900 x 1200mm
Custom sizes are cut to spec on request.
What is an A1 corflute sign?
An A1 corflute sign measures 594 x 841mm and is no longer a standard size here. The closest standard size is 600 x 900mm, which is slightly larger and is the real estate board size, available in 3mm or 5mm corflute. An exact A1 sign is available as a custom size by quote.
What are the dimensions of A2 and A3 corflute signs?
A2 is 420 x 594mm and 600 x 450mm is the closest standard size, similar in area, runs landscape or portrait and suits directional and promotional signs. A3 is 297 x 420mm and is not a standard size on this page. Exact A2 or A3 signs are available by quote as a custom size.
How much do corflute signs cost?
Corflute sign pricing depends on the size, thickness and quantity you choose. As a guide, our popular 600 x 900mm sign in 3mm corflute is $39 inc GST for one, $14 each at 20 and $9.50 each at 100. Smaller sizes cost less again, with 600 x 450mm 3mm coming down to $6 per sign at 100. Because corrugated plastic is inexpensive to produce and lightweight to ship, you get durable, weatherproof signage at a genuinely budget-friendly price.
Larger runs bring the per-sign cost down, so corflute is a cost-effective choice whether you need a single sign or a bulk order for an event, campaign or store rollout. To see an exact price, choose your size, thickness and quantity on this page and the total updates instantly.
What is the cheapest option for corflute signs in Australia?
The most affordable way to order corflute signs is to increase your quantity. The cheapest per-sign rate on this page is $6 inc. GST, for 600 x 450mm in 3mm corflute at qty 100. On the popular 600 x 900mm size the rate is $14 each at 20 and $9.50 each at 100, against $39 for a single sign. Choosing 3mm corflute over 5mm also reduces cost and is suitable for short-term campaigns.
Are corflute signs weatherproof?
Yes. Corflute signs are made from durable fluted plastic and are designed to be weather-resistant, making them suitable for outdoor use.
How long do corflute signs last outdoors?
Corflute signs are best suited to short-term outdoor use. They’re durable enough for temporary signage such as real estate, events, promotions, and site signage, but they’re not intended as a permanent long-term sign solution.
How do I install corflute signs?
Options include:
- Eyelets for hanging
- A-frame inserts
- H-stakes for ground installation
- Adhesive mounting to walls/windows
What’s the difference between 3mm and 5mm?
- 3mm is lighter and more affordable (perfect for short-term use).
- 5mm is thicker and more rigid (better for longer outdoor use or windier locations).
Can I get custom shapes?
Custom shapes are not an on-page option. Every sign ordered on this page is cut as a rectangle. A shaped sign, such as an arrow, shield or silhouette, is quoted on request. Contact the team for a shaped corflute quote. Rectangles remain the most cost-effective choice where the shape is not part of the message.
How long does production take?
We offer fast production as our standard for all corflute signs. Production time is 24 hours on every standard size (600 x 450mm, 600 x 900mm and 900 x 1200mm) and both board thicknesses (3mm or 5mm) after your design proof is approved. While we strive to complete orders within the promised timeline, production times may extend slightly during peak periods.
What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.

Yes, we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.

Yes. We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide, covering Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and all regional areas. Production takes 24 hours on all sizes after design proof approval, and signs are then dispatched with our flat-rate Australia-wide shipping service.
Can corflute signs be printed double sided?
Yes. Printing is an option on this page with One Sided and Double Sided choices, so you can order either without a quote request. On 600 x 900mm in 3mm corflute a double sided sign is $51.50 inc. GST for one and $15.50 per sign at 100, against $39 and $9.50 one sided. Choose double sided wherever the sign is passed from both directions, such as an A-frame insert, a hanging sign or a corner-block real estate board.
Can I get corflute signs with eyelets?
Yes. Eyelet is an option on this page: choose No Eyelet or Eyelets on All Edges. Eyelets are the usual choice for cable-tying a sign to chainmesh fencing, temporary hoarding or scaffolding, and for hanging. Eyelets add $3.50 per sign at every quantity. The four silver metal eyelets, 10mm diameter, sit near each corner in fixed positions. A one sided 600 x 900mm 3mm sign with eyelets on all edges is $42.50 inc. GST for a single sign, against $39 for the same sign with no eyelet. Eyelets are pressed in from the front of the sign, so the finished metal ring shows on the printed front face only; the back of the sign shows the rolled-over edge of the eyelet. On a double sided sign the second face shows the rolled eyelet backs near each corner.
Can I order corflute signs online in Australia?
Yes. This page is the order form: choose size, thickness, printing side and eyelets, upload artwork and check out. Flat-rate shipping covers Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and regional addresses Australia-wide, and there is no minimum order quantity.
Do you print corrugated plastic signs and coreflute signs?
Yes, and they are the same product. Corflute, coreflute and corrugated plastic signs all describe a sign printed on fluted polypropylene board. Everything on this page is printed on 3mm or 5mm corflute (fluted polypropylene), whichever term you searched for.
How much do 2 corflute signs cost at 600 x 450 mm?
For two 600 x 450 mm custom corflute signs with the default options, the order total is $45 and the per-sign price is $22.50 each. This price includes GST. Standard delivery is $15 per order.
What does delivery cost for corflute signs?
Standard delivery for corflute signs is $15 per order anywhere in Australia, and express delivery is $60 per order. Pickup from Oakleigh South, Victoria is available at no charge. The product prices shown on this page include GST.

Affordable Corflute Signs: Price by Quantity
Corflute signs are one of the most cost-effective outdoor signage options available. A single 600 x 900mm sign is $39 inc. GST. Order 20 of the same sign and the rate falls to $14 each, and at 100 it is $9.50 each. Smaller sizes cost less again: 600 x 450mm in 3mm comes down to $6 per sign at 100, which is what makes bulk corflute genuinely cheap next to rigid PVC or acrylic panels.
Ordering in quantity is the fastest way to reduce your per-sign cost. Whether you need a handful of cheap coreflute signs for a one-off event or a large run of corflute signage for a real estate campaign, use the pricing tool above to see the rate for your specific quantity. Double sided printing and eyelets are each priced on the same tool, so the figure you see already includes the options you have chosen.
All orders include a free design review, file checking and a design proof before your signs go to print, so you get professional results at an affordable price. Delivery is flat-rate Australia-wide, whether you are ordering for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or anywhere else across the country.

Printing Corflute on the EFI Vutek Q3h XP Press
The process for printing on corflute runs on our flatbed EFI Vutek Q3h XP UV LED press, which is built for rigid substrates. The polypropylene board sits flat while UV LED inks are applied, and the inks cure instantly as the board passes under the lamps. Because the light cures the ink immediately, the print is dry and handleable the moment it leaves the press and does not need air drying. The LED curing also keeps heat low, so the board does not warp or distort during the run. The corflute printing process uses CMYK plus white ink, which means your artwork holds its colour on any board colour rather than only on white board. The ink bonds to the polypropylene surface instead of soaking in, and that surface bond is what gives the print its weather resistance outdoors. The spelling coreflute refers to the same material and follows the same process and finish. The same process applies to both board thicknesses.
How to Order Custom Corflute Printing
Ordering corflute sign printing on this page starts with the board choices. Select 3mm or 5mm board, single or double sided printing and any extras you need, then set the quantity. There is no minimum order. After you place the order, prepare artwork at final size with bleed. Vector artwork is preferred, and the accepted formats are PDF, AI, EPS and high resolution PNG. Every order includes free design review and file checking. A design proof is also included, and production begins only after you approve that proof in writing. Production is 24 hours on every standard size and both board thicknesses, counted from design proof approval. It is not a delivery time, so keep the Australia wide flat rate delivery separate when you plan your schedule. To print corflute signs for a site, see our construction signs range. This is the same custom corflute printing process with artwork, proof and 24 hour production.

Single Sided or Double Sided Corflute Printing
Every corflute sign on this page can be printed one sided or double sided, and you choose which under Printing before you add to cart. One sided, also called single sided, is the default and the cheaper option, and it is the right choice wherever the sign sits against a fence, a wall or a hoarding and is only ever read from one direction.
Double sided printing puts your artwork on both faces of the same board. It earns its cost wherever traffic passes the sign from both directions: a footpath A-frame insert, a median strip campaign board, a hanging sign in a corridor, or a real estate board on a corner block. On the popular 600 x 900mm size in 3mm corflute, double sided is $51.50 inc. GST for a single sign and $15.50 per sign at 100, against $39 and $9.50 for the same sign printed one sided.
Both options print on the same EFI Vutek UV LED press with the same weather resistant inks, so a double sided board is not a compromise on either face.
Eyelets and Mounting Options
One option on this page decides how your sign is finished, and cutting is fixed:
- Eyelet: choose No Eyelet, or Eyelets on All Edges (four silver metal eyelets, 10mm diameter). Corflute signs with eyelets are the standard choice for cable-tying to chainmesh fencing, temporary hoarding or scaffolding, and for hanging a sign from a rail. A 600 x 900mm sign with eyelets on all edges is $42.50 inc. GST for one, against $39 without. Eyelets add $3.50 per sign. Eyelets are pressed in from the front of the sign, so the finished metal ring shows on the printed front face only; the back of the sign shows the rolled-over edge of the eyelet.
- Cutting: every sign on this page is cut as a rectangle. Shaped signs are quoted on request.
Where no eyelet is used, the same board takes an H-stake for lawns and nature strips, slides into a corflute A-frame for footpath trading, or mounts flat to a wall or window with adhesive. Large corflute signs at 600 x 900mm in 5mm corflute are the most rigid combination we print and hold their shape best in exposed and windy positions.
