Every complete printed kit includes the base, the printed panel or panels, the support pole and a carry bag. Standard and premium kits include one printed panel. Double sided kits include two full-colour printed panels.
How should I set up artwork for a double sided pull up banner?
Use the same template for each face and supply one correctly labelled file per side. Each panel follows the standard template: 855 x 2110mm working canvas, 5mm bleed on every edge, and an 845 x 2000mm visible image area.
Can I order a replacement panel for my existing stand?
Replacement panels are available separately for the Standard Silver Base. Contact our support team to confirm fit and ordering. We cannot confirm compatibility with other stand models from this page.
How long does production take?
Production takes 2 to 5 business days after you approve your artwork proof. We email a design proof before anything prints, and the clock starts after you approve it.
What file formats and template setup do you accept?
Send print-ready PDF, SVG or Illustrator files. Outline all fonts, embed images, and remove the template guide layer before export. Use the template that matches your selected stand.
Do you deliver across Australia and how long does it take?
We deliver Australia wide. At checkout, before you order, you will see the shipping choices for your address. After production, standard metro delivery is estimated at 2 to 5 business days and regional at 4 to 6. Express metro is 1 to 2 business days and express regional 3 to 5.

Pull Up Banner Templates and Artwork Setup
The stand size is nominal 850 x 2100mm. The finished printed panel is 845 x 2100mm. The top 10mm and bottom 90mm sit inside the roller hardware, leaving a visible image area of 845 x 2000mm. Set your working canvas to 855 x 2110mm, which includes 5mm bleed on every edge.
Keep background colours and textures running through the bleed and the hidden bands. Keep essential text and logos inside the green safe line, which sits 10mm clear of the visible-area edges. For double sided pull up banners, use the same template for each panel and supply one correctly labelled file per face.
Send print-ready PDF, SVG or Illustrator files. Outline all fonts, embed images, and remove the template guide layer before exporting. Match the template for the stand you have selected, then you are ready to approve the proof. When you open the downloads, the silver kit uses the Premium template, the black kit uses the Luxury template, and the Twin uses the Double Sided template.
Production and delivery
Production takes 2 to 5 business days after you approve your artwork proof. We email a design proof and nothing prints until you approve it. Production time is separate from delivery time.
