What types of wall art can I order?
We offer two ranges: custom canvas prints and custom framed prints. Canvas prints are printed on 400gsm artist-grade canvas and stretched over solid timber, in your choice of three finishes: a frameless gallery wrap, a floating frame or a classic frame. Framed prints are printed on 170gsm matte fine-art paper and set in a solid wood frame with plexiglass glazing. Both are made from your own photo, artwork or digital file.
What is the difference between a canvas print and a framed print?
A canvas print is your image printed on artist-grade canvas and stretched over timber, with no glazing over the picture. The standard gallery wrap is frameless, with the image continuing around all four edges, and you can add a floating frame or a classic timber frame instead. Hanging hardware is not included with canvas, so you add your own hook or wall fitting. A framed print is a paper print set behind glazing in a solid wood frame, with a fold-out stand and hanging hardware so it can either hang on the wall or stand on a shelf. Canvas suits larger statement pieces; framed suits gallery walls, desks and gifting.

As a practical guide, a photo taken on a modern smartphone in the last few years is usually sufficient for the smaller and mid sizes. For the largest sizes, a DSLR or mirrorless file or a high-resolution scan gives the sharpest result. Upload your file when ordering and our team reviews it before production, and will contact you if there is a quality concern.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Canvas prints have a flat $30 large-item shipping fee and are made to order in Australia, dispatched within a few business days. Framed prints have a flat $15 shipping fee: A4 frames are made in Australia and dispatched in around 6-7 days, while A3 and A2 frames are made in New Zealand and take around 10-13 days. All shipping fees are added at checkout for Australia-wide delivery.
Can I order wall art as a gift?
