Frequently Asked Questions
Can I frame my own photo or artwork?
Yes. These framed photo prints are personalised from the file you upload. You can print a photo, illustration, digital artwork or scan, and you must hold the rights to the image.
How are framed prints checked before printing?
A person on the design team reads every uploaded file before printing. Any low resolution is noted on the proof with a suggested fix. Proofs are emailed within 1 to 2 business days, and printing starts only after your approval. Proof colour is a layout and content guide, not an exact colour match because screens show colour brighter than print.
How many can be ordered at once?
You can order between 1 and 10 copies, increasing by one at a time. Every copy in the order is the same image, in one size and one frame colour. For more than 10, a tailored quote is available through Get Custom Quote.
What help is available if my artwork needs changes?
Artwork Fix uses your editable PDF or SVG, adding 1 working day before the proof for scaling, cropping, colour changes, layout, text, logo or images. Custom Design pairs you with a dedicated designer from your logo, text, images and a reference, adds 2 working days before the proof, shows 2 first-proof design options and has 3 revision rounds counted separately. Artwork packages are picked in the cart.
How much do 2 A4 custom framed prints cost?
2 A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) custom framed prints cost $142 in total, which is $71 each. This price is for the default Frame Colour: Black and includes GST. Standard delivery is $10 per order.
Do framed print prices include GST and delivery?
Framed print prices include GST, but delivery is charged separately. Standard delivery is $10 per order and express delivery is $15 per order, Australia-wide. Pickup from Oakleigh South, Victoria is available at no charge.

Framed Prints
Custom framed photo prints turn a photo, portrait or artwork into wall art. Each is printed and framed on 170gsm matte fine-art paper, with plexiglass in front and a natural pine wood frame around it. The build stays consistent across three sizes and three frame colours. A fold-out stand for a surface or shelf and hanging hardware for a wall are fitted to every frame.

Three sizes
Every size comes in portrait or landscape. The size guide covers the A-series areas, where each size is twice the area of the size below it.
- A4 is 210 x 297 mm (21 x 29.7 cm) for a desk, bedside table, shelf or gallery wall piece.
- A3 is 297 x 420 mm (29.7 x 42 cm) for above a desk, a gallery wall anchor or a bedroom or study focal point.
- A2 is 420 x 594 mm (42 x 59.4 cm), the largest size, for a feature wall, hallway or above a bed or sofa.
Frame colours
Every frame is natural pine. The frame colour is the finish, and each colour is available at every size.
- Black is a matte black finish for modern and minimalist rooms and monochrome or high-contrast images.
- White is a crisp white finish for coastal, Scandinavian and light-filled rooms, family portraits and softer palettes.
- Natural Oak is a warm light oak finish with visible grain for timber furniture and earthy tones and neutral or mixed palettes.
Your photo file
Framed prints are made from a JPEG, PNG or PDF photo file. For A4 and A3, a resolution of 300 dpi at the printed size is recommended, not required; A4 is 2,480 x 3,508 pixels and A3 is 3,508 x 4,961 pixels. For A2, the highest-resolution version you have is recommended. Enlarging a low-resolution image adds pixels without adding detail; the print can only show what is already in the original file.
