Production and delivery times
Your order moves through three stages before it reaches you. We check your artwork and email a digital proof within 1 to 2 business days. We do not print until you give approval. After production finishes, the parcel is dispatched on the next business day, and delivery time is additional.

Order timeline
Step 1: Digital proof
We check your file and email a digital proof within 1 to 2 business days of the order.
Step 2: Proof approval
Production begins only after you approve the proof. The production clock starts at approval, not at the order.
Step 3: Production time
Production time is listed in the table on this page. Many stickers, signs and roll labels are produced within 24 to 48 hours when approval is received by the relevant cut-off.
Step 4: Order dispatch
Your order ships on the business day after production finishes. A tracking code is emailed at that point.
Step 5: Delivery or pickup
Standard runs 2 to 5 metro and 4 to 6 regional business days after dispatch; Express runs 1 to 2 metro and 3 to 5 regional. Free pickup is available from our Oakleigh South studio.
Fast production cut-off times
24-hour
Most digitally printed stickers, including white ink, and corflute and construction signs are produced within 24 hours when approval is in by 10am Melbourne time.
48-hour
Roll labels except foil labels, election signs, PVC signs and corflute A frames are produced within 48 hours if the proof is approved by 8am Melbourne time.
After the cut-off
An approval received after the cut-off, on a weekend or on a public holiday starts production on the following business day.

Ordering to a deadline
If you need your order by a fixed date, write the date in the Special Request box at checkout and the team will tell you whether it can be met. Urgent orders are prioritised where the queue allows. Peak periods, for example before Christmas, can add time. Production times are estimates and courier delays are outside our control, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.

The total is proof time plus production time plus delivery time. A digital proof is emailed within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Production starts only after approval, and the order ships on the following business day. Delivery time sits on top.

How much does delivery cost at Paperlust Print Shop?
Delivery is charged as a flat rate per order. Standard uses Australia Post and Express uses StarTrack, both chosen at checkout. Signage and large items have their own flat rate, and international delivery is available at one flat rate per order. Current rates are shown in the delivery table.
Are Paperlust Print Shop orders tracked?
Yes. Every order gets a tracking code by email when it ships. We send the code at dispatch, and you can follow the parcel through to delivery.
Can I pick up my Paperlust Print Shop order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Free pickup is available from our studio at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167 in Melbourne. You can collect your order there instead of having it delivered. Collection removes the delivery step from the timeline.
What should I do if I need a Paperlust Print Shop order by a fixed date?

Delivery dates are estimates, and courier delays sit outside our control, so we cannot promise a specific arrival date. If the parcel is damaged in transit, the Perfect Print Promise covers a reprint or refund. Tell us within 30 days of dispatch.
