Rounded corner business cards are the standard 90 x 55mm Australian business card with all four corners cut round. We print them digital CMYK from your own artwork on stocks from 300 GSM to 450 GSM, so the page covers a light shop card through to a heavyweight card for a studio or consultancy.

The minimum order on 450 GSM Artboard with Velvet Laminate is 250 cards. The four 300 GSM stocks start at 50 cards.
How much bleed should I leave and how close can artwork sit to a corner?

How fast are they printed?
24 hour production applies to business cards on matte paper only. Every other stock in the range runs on 3 to 5 business days, and the clock starts after the digital proof is approved. The proof is sent within 1 to 2 business days.
What does delivery cost and is pickup available?

One rounded cut on the standard Australian card
Rounded corner business cards use one finished size: 90 x 55mm, the standard Australian business card size, with all four corners cut round. This page sells no other shape or size. There is one rounded corner option and no separate radius choice, such as 3mm or 5mm. The cut is chosen for everyday wear in a wallet or card holder and for the softer look it gives a design. The four 300 GSM stocks start at 50 cards. The 450 GSM Artboard with Velvet Laminate starts at 250 cards.

Artwork, bleed and approval
Set up artwork at the finished size of 90 x 55mm with 3mm bleed on every side. Keep type and logos clear of the corners, because the rounded cut removes a little of each one. Vector formats are preferred, such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, with fonts outlined. High resolution PNG and TIFF files are accepted at 300 dpi minimum at print size, and CMYK colour space is recommended where possible. A free check of your art files and a digital proof are included with every order. The proof is emailed and nothing prints until you approve it. Production is at Oakleigh South, Victoria.
