Round business cards are a 60mm circle, die cut after your artwork is printed in digital CMYK on 300 GSM stock. The card leaves no corner and no long edge to anchor a layout, so a design built around a centred logo, a monogram or a badge style mark fills the shape naturally.
The shape suits small studios, cafes, florists and salons that want a card which is a different shape from every rectangle it is handed out with. Because a 60mm circle is smaller than a standard card, the contact details stay short and the mark stays central.

Round business cards are also called circle business cards or circular business cards, and this page sells one shape only: a circle 60mm across. It is smaller than the standard Australian 90 x 55mm rectangle, and it is printed first in digital CMYK and then cut with a round die after printing. If you need the familiar rectangle, order the standard business cards instead.
Four paper stocks, each with a different surface
All four stocks are supplied with no laminate, and every one is available with one side or both sides printed.
- 300 GSM Matte: smooth, low glare matte finish on bright white, suited to minimalist designs.
- 300 GSM Linen: premium visible linen texture on ultra white, suited to elegant logos and serif type.

The circle has no corners and no long edge, so a layout centred on a logo, a monogram or a badge style mark fills it naturally. Because the card is a different shape from every rectangle card it is handed out with, it works best when the mark is the hero and the contact detail stays short. What a run costs, with GST included
Prices below are inc GST and cover the whole run. On 300 GSM Matte with front only printing, 50 cards cost $57.20, which is $1.14 a card, and 250 cards cost $114, which is $0.46 a card. The same paper moves from $74 at 100 cards to $135 at 500 and $169 at 1,000. Front and back printing on 300 GSM Matte costs $61.20 at 50 cards and $119 at 250 cards. Entry runs of 50 on the other stocks cost $64.60 on 300 GSM Linen, $64.60 on 300 GSM Metallic and $88.20 on 300 GSM Cotton. A round card costs $30 more per order than the same run of standard rectangle cards at every quantity, so that flat shape charge shrinks per card as the run grows. A 60 x 60mm file with no dieline
Set the artwork up as a 60 x 60mm square with 3mm bleed on all sides. The round die cuts the 60mm circle out of that square, so everything outside the circle is trimmed away. Keep text and logos at least 4mm inside the cut line. You do not need to prepare a dieline, because the circle die is a standard shape. Vector formats are preferred, such as AI, EPS, PDF and SVG, with fonts outlined at 100% scale. High resolution PNG and TIFF files are accepted at 300 dpi minimum at print size, and CMYK colour space should be supplied where possible. A free pre-press file check and a digital proof are included with every order. We email a final proof before production, and nothing prints until you approve it. Printing is done in Oakleigh South, Victoria.
