Loyalty cards are a card printed to your own artwork at business card size on uncoated 300 GSM stock with no laminate. That bare uncoated surface is what lets a rubber stamp or a ballpoint pen mark the card at the counter.
They are the cards cafes, salons, barbers, groomers and other repeat visit businesses keep at the register. A customer carries the 90 x 55 mm card in a wallet or cardholder, and each visit earns a stamp, a tick or a scribble toward the next reward.
Ordering is direct: choose the paper, choose rectangle or rounded corners, choose front only or front and back, upload your print ready artwork, approve the emailed proof, and the job goes to press.

300 GSM Matte runs on 24 hour production after proof approval. 300 GSM Linen and 300 GSM Cotton run on 3 to 5 business days after proof approval.
Is a proof sent before printing?
Yes. Every order gets an emailed digital proof within 1 to 2 business days, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Is a template or ready made layout supplied?
No template is supplied on this page. You upload your own print ready artwork, or you order the Design Artwork Package.

What a loyalty card is on this page
Custom loyalty cards on this page are printed from your own artwork at 90 x 55 mm. There is no template and no ready made layout here. You supply print ready artwork, or you order the Design Artwork Package. The card then carries whatever reward grid, visit boxes or offer wording you want printed on it. If you want the same stock on an ordinary contact card, the range is also available as standard business cards.
The three papers and why none is laminated
All three stocks on this page are 300 GSM and supplied with no laminate.
- 300 GSM Matte is a smooth low glare matte on bright white.
- 300 GSM Linen is a visible linen texture on ultra white.
- 300 GSM Cotton is an uncoated off white cotton blend that prints well and writes well.
The unlaminated surface is what leaves the card able to take a rubber stamp or a ballpoint pen at the counter. A laminated or velvet finished card resists ink, so those finishes are not sold on this page. For through dyed coloured stock printed with white ink instead, see coloured paper business cards.
Size, shape and which side gets the grid
Loyalty cards for small business on this page come in one size: 90 x 55 mm, the standard Australian business card size. It fits a wallet, a cardholder and a business card file. Choose Rectangle with square corners, or Rounded Corners with gently rounded edges. Front only prints the face and leaves the back as bare paper stock. Front and back prints both sides, which is the usual choice for a branded face and a marked reward grid.
Counter run prices for loyalty card printing
All prices below are inc GST and cover 90 x 55 mm cards with no laminate. The 50 card minimum on 300 GSM Matte, rectangle, front only is $27.20, or $0.54 per card.
On 300 GSM Matte, rectangle, front and back, 250 cards cost $89.00, 500 cards cost $115.00 and 1,000 cards cost $159.00.
Rounded corners on a front and back card lift the 250 run to $101.00, or $0.40 per card, and a 1,000 rounded corners run costs $171.00.
At 250 cards front and back, 300 GSM Linen costs $127.00, or $0.51 per card, and 300 GSM Cotton costs $244.00, or $0.98 per card.

Artwork, proof and production
Supply artwork at 96 x 61 mm for a 90 x 55 mm card so there is 3 mm bleed on all four sides. Keep names, numbers and any grid at least 4 mm inside the trim line.
PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator files are preferred, with fonts outlined and artwork at 100% scale. High resolution PNG or TIFF files at 300 dpi at print size are also accepted.
Every order gets a free pre press file check and an emailed digital proof within 1 to 2 business days. Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof.
After proof approval, 300 GSM Matte runs on 24 hour production. 300 GSM Linen and 300 GSM Cotton run on 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Jobs are printed at our Melbourne studio.
If the artwork is not print ready, the Design Artwork Package is available.
Minimum order, delivery and trying the stock first
Customer loyalty cards start at a minimum of 50 cards, and the selector runs up to 5,000.
Delivery is $10 standard or $15 express per order, Australia wide by tracked courier. Pickup from Oakleigh South in Victoria is free of charge. Worldwide delivery is a flat $35.
To feel the stock before a full run, the Business Cards Sample Pack is a paid product at $5.00 per pack, and you can order 1 to 10 packs at a time.
