The 90 x 45mm size keeps the 90mm length of a standard Australian card and sits 10mm shorter in height. The 86 x 54mm size is about the size of a bank or credit card. Both sizes cost exactly the same as a standard 90 x 55mm card on the same paper, sides and quantity, so a slim size adds nothing to the price. Artwork setup and the proof step
Set up artwork at the finished size of 90 x 45mm or 86 x 54mm with 3mm bleed on all sides. Keep type clear of the trim. Vector formats are preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) with fonts outlined. High resolution PNG and TIFF files are accepted at 300 dpi minimum at print size, and CMYK colour space is best where possible. No dieline is needed because both sizes are a straight cut. A free pre-press file check and a digital proof are included with every order. A final proof is emailed after upload, and nothing prints until you approve it.
