The board is 350 GSM ecoStar+ 100% recycled uncoated board, and its whiteness figures come from the paper maker's specification sheet. It is extra white, with CIE whiteness 150 and ISO brightness 104, not a tinted board. The face is smooth, flat matte and uncoated, so pens, pencils or rubber stamps take on it. Printed colour sits a little softer than the same artwork on a coated card because ink spreads slightly further into an uncoated sheet. The board is made from 100% post consumer waste, and the sheet lists FSC Recycled certification and the EU Ecolabel.
