An appointment card is a printed card given at the end of a visit, with the next visit date and time written on it. It is booked at the front desk while the client is still there, when the next visit is most likely to be agreed. The client keeps it in a wallet, so the date sits somewhere they will see it, not only in a reminder message. The card carries the practice name, address, phone number and cancellation terms.

Custom appointment cards are printed at 90 x 55 mm on uncoated 300 GSM stock with no laminate, so the surface takes ballpoint or gel pen at the front desk. No template or ready made layout exists, so date lines, time lines, cancellation wording and booking details are supplied in your print ready file or through the design service. If you want the same three papers as an ordinary contact card, standard business cards are available.

All three papers are supplied with no laminate. 300 GSM Matte is a smooth low glare matte on bright white. 300 GSM Linen has a visible linen texture on ultra white. 300 GSM Cotton is an uncoated off white cotton blend that prints well and writes well. The unlaminated surface takes ballpoint or gel pen at the front desk. A laminated or velvet finished card resists ink, so a laminated or velvet finish is not sold on this page. Appointment reminder cards on this page come in one size, 90 x 55 mm. A client can keep it in the card slot they already have. Rectangle is a straight cut card with square corners, and Rounded Corners has gently rounded edges. Front only prints the face and leaves the back as the bare paper stock. Front and back prints both sides. A practice that wants a branded face and ruled date and time lines on the back usually chooses front and back.

Appointment card printing prices are all including GST, with no laminate and the 90 x 55 mm size. The matte rectangle front only minimum is 50 cards for $27.20, which is $0.54 per card. Matte rectangle front and back is $89.00 at 250 cards, $115.00 at 500 cards and $159.00 at 1,000 cards. Rounded corners front and back is $101.00 at 250 cards, or $0.40 per card. Supply artwork at 96 x 61 mm so the 90 x 55 mm card has 3 mm bleed on all four sides. Keep the practice name, phone number and any ruled lines at least 4 mm inside the trim. PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator are preferred, with fonts outlined and artwork at 100% scale. High resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi is accepted. Every order gets a free pre press file check and an emailed digital proof within 1 to 2 business days.
