Every panel comes with the standoff mounting holes pre-drilled and polished as standard, at no extra cost, so it arrives ready to install with no drilling on site and no risk of cracking the acrylic. Panels are available in multiple substrate options to suit different interior environments and brand aesthetics. The standard mounting method is standoff fixings - metallic cylindrical spacers that pass through the pre-drilled holes and hold the panel away from the wall to create a floating panel appearance. The standoff hardware itself is not included in the panel price and is purchased separately, sized to suit the wall substrate at the installation site.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens between ordering and dispatch?
You receive a digital proof by email within 1 to 2 business days of the order. Production starts when you approve the proof. Production of acrylic signs takes 5 to 7 working days. Dispatch is the business day after production ends, and a tracking code is emailed at dispatch.
Can the team design the sign or fix artwork?
Add a design package in the cart: Custom Design, Artwork Fix, Logo Creation, or Redraw Logo. Leave instructions for fonts, colours, and layout. Custom Design gives a dedicated designer. The first proof shows two design options. Three rounds of revision follow the proof. The designer works for 2 working days before the proof. Redraw Logo redraws a low resolution solid colour logo as a vector file.
How are brand colours matched?
Send a Pantone code when you need a brand colour, and the match is made within the limits of the printing method. A screen can show a colour brighter than the printed result. The proof confirms layout and content, but it is not a colour match.
How do I send a file larger than 20MB?
If your file is up to 20MB, upload it on the cart page before checkout. If it is larger, share a Google Drive or Dropbox link with printshop@paperlust.co. You can also email the artwork after checkout.
How do I set up a Vinyl Foil file?
For Vinyl Foil only, set the foil area with a CYAN spot colour named after the foil colour. Keep that spot colour on its own layer, or send the foil as a separate file.

It suits the area behind the reception desk or an office lobby, and can show a business name, logo, room names, or directions. Sizes and Quantities
Each reception sign you order is one of two labelled sizes.
- A2: 420mm W x 594mm H
- A1: 594mm W x 841mm H
A1 is twice the area of A2 with the same proportions. Each panel sign is a rectangle printed on one face only, and the only thickness is 3mm Acrylic for both sizes. Choose 1 to 10 for each configuration, and use the custom quote request on this page for other sizes or anything the order form does not offer.

The panel is made from one of these acrylics.

These acrylic signs pair one base with one print method per configuration. Digital Print has your artwork printed digitally in full colour. Vinyl Foil applies foil to the areas your file marks as foil.
Artwork Setup
The artwork file must meet these requirements before it is printed.
- Use PDF or JPEG.
- Set the file to CMYK.
- Scale it to 100% at the size ordered.
- Add bleed as the artwork guidelines show.
- Keep important text and graphics at least 10 mm inside the trim edge.
- Keep borders at least 10 mm thick.
- Outline fonts or supply them.
- Embed linked images.
- For JPEG files only, use 250 to 300 ppi.
Before printing, the production design team looks over every file. The proof lists text too close to the edge, low resolution, or missing bleed. It also notes a correction for each item it lists. The file guide is on Artwork Services.
Indoor Use and Outside Panels
