Frequently Asked Questions
How does the board close and stay on the bollard?
The board has interlocking tabs on its end edges. When the first and third panels meet, those tabs join and close the triangle around the bollard. No accessories come with the order, and there is no fixing or hardware choice on this order form.
Can I order bollard signs in another size, or more than 100?
Bollards of a non-standard diameter or height need a check with the team before you order. A size not on this order form is quoted separately. For orders above 100, ask for a custom quote via the Get Custom Quote button in the header or the quote block at the foot.
Can the three faces show different artwork?
Yes. The one template file holds all three panels. Each panel takes its own artwork. You can run the same design on all three faces or place a different design on each face. You do not need to supply separate files for each panel.
What happens after I upload my file?
A person checks every uploaded file before the job goes to print. If the resolution is low or text sits too close to the edge, the proof flags it with a suggested fix. The proof is emailed within 1 to 2 business days of the order. Printing waits for your approval.
Which design service helps with the file?
Two artwork options appear under the file uploader in the cart. Custom Design adds a designer, 2 options on the first proof and 3 revisions, then the proof comes 2 working days later. Artwork Fix scales, crops and rearranges your editable PDF or SVG, changes vector colour, adds a logo, text or image, and clears a background. The proof comes 1 working day later.

What the bollard signs do
Bollard signs are a printed TEKflute board, and each one folds into a triangle shape. It goes around a bollard that is already in place. It is not a board that stands on its own in the car park. They are used for signage, for wayfinding and for branding, in car parks and in forecourts. Some people know the product as a bollard cover, and others use the name bollard wrap.

Board and three panels
This bollard sign board is TEKflute Bollard 3 panel, a 3mm fluted polypropylene board. TEKflute belongs to the corflute family of board.
Three panels sit side by side on the one board. Two fold lines separate the panels and run down the full height of the board. Each panel measures 270mm wide and 1000mm tall. After folding, those three panels form the three faces of the triangle. The board is supplied as one piece, not three separate panels.
What the order form asks for
The order form has two fixed choices. Material is TEKflute Bollard 3 panel and Dimension is 270mm W x 1000mm H. The quantity is the only thing you choose. No other material and no other size appear on this order form. Each one is printed on all three panels, and there is no choice of printing one side or two.

Setting up the print file
The Artwork Guidelines and Print Template sit on the Artwork Guidelines tab. Supply files only on the print template for this product, opened in Adobe Illustrator. Place the design under the guidelines, keep the guidelines and artboard size unchanged, and save as a PDF in CMYK.
- Convert every font to outlines and embed every linked element.
- Keep key text and graphics at least 10mm inside the trim edge.
- Make borders at least 10mm thick.
Files upload in the cart after you add this product, up to 20MB. Larger files go by a Google Drive or Dropbox link emailed to the print shop. The artwork services cover what a designer can fix before proofing.
