What material are vinyl labels made from?

Our vinyl labels are printed on white synthetic polypropylene (PP) film with a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive rated from -20°C to 80°C. The face stock is non-tearable and waterproof, finished with matte or gloss laminate for scuff and chemical resistance.

Are vinyl labels waterproof and weatherproof?

Yes. Synthetic PP film and permanent acrylic adhesive handle condensation, fridge and freezer storage, outdoor UV and rain, and wet hands on the production floor without peeling or fading. Laminate seals the print surface for added protection.

What’s the difference between vinyl labels and vinyl stickers?

Vinyl labels are permanent product-packaging labels on rolls (minimum 500) with a strong acrylic adhesive for glass, plastic, and metal surfaces. Vinyl stickers are decorative or promotional items with lower minimums and lighter adhesive. If it goes on a product you are selling, you want labels.

Can I get vinyl labels on rolls?

Yes. Vinyl labels come on 76mm (3-inch) core rolls of 500 per roll, compatible with automated labelling machines and hand-application. Roll format ensures consistent feed, reduces waste, and keeps your production line running at pace.

Are vinyl labels safe for cosmetics and food or beverage packaging?

Yes. Our vinyl labels use approved synthetic materials for cosmetics and food and beverage outer packaging. The acrylic adhesive is stable from -20°C to 80°C, covering chilled and frozen storage, and resists oils and moisture. For direct food contact, contact us to confirm compliance.

What shapes and sizes can I get for vinyl labels?

Vinyl labels come in six shapes: Circle, Square, Rectangle, Rounded Corner, Oval, and Die-Cut. Standard sizes for each shape are listed on the product page. Contact us for custom sizes outside the listed options.
