We offer fast production as our standard, meaning most orders are produced within 24 to 48 hours after design proof approval. However, production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

What size square label fits a standard candle jar?
Most 8oz (approx. 235ml) candle jars work well with 60mm x 60mm or 70mm x 70mm labels. Larger 16oz (approx. 470ml) jars can take 90mm x 90mm or even 100mm x 100mm. Measure your jar's flat surface area and leave a few millimeters of clearance.
Can I print on kraft paper for an eco-friendly look?
Absolutely. Kraft paper labels are popular for natural, artisan, and eco-conscious brands. They're not waterproof, so they work best for dry products like candles, soaps, and packaged foods that don't get wet.
Are square labels more expensive than rectangle labels?
No. Pricing is based on total surface area and quantity, not shape. A 50mm x 50mm square costs about the same as a 70mm x 35mm rectangle of similar area.
Can you add a border or frame around my design?
Yes. We can add a printed border in any color, or create a white border by sizing your design smaller than the label. This gives a clean, framed look and makes the label easier to center when applying.
What's the best finish for product labels?
Matte laminate looks premium and hides fingerprints—great for products that get handled. Gloss laminate makes colors more colorful and works well for eye-catching designs. Both protect against moisture and scratches.
Can you print variable data like batch numbers?
Yes. We offer variable data printing for batch codes, expiry dates, sequential numbering, and other unique text on each label. Pricing depends on complexity and quantity—ask when requesting a quote.
