How long does production take?
We offer fast production as our standard, meaning most orders are produced within 24 to 48 hours after design proof approval. However, production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

What's the difference between vinyl and paper stickers?
Vinyl is thicker, waterproof, and lasts outdoors. It's ideal for products that get handled, exposed to weather, or need to look good for months. Paper is thinner, more affordable, and works well for indoor labels, event stickers, or anything temporary. Both print in full color.
Can you print white ink on clear stickers?
Yes, but it requires a different printing process. Standard square stickers print on white vinyl or paper, so white areas in your design show as the base material. For white ink on clear or colored backgrounds, mention that upfront—it affects pricing and turnaround.
How small can you print text or details?
We recommend keeping text at least 6pt (about 2mm tall) for readability. Fine lines should be at least 0.5pt. If your design has tiny details, send it over and we'll check whether it'll print clearly at your chosen size.
Do square stickers come individually or on sheets?
We supply them on sheets for smaller quantities (up to around 1,000 stickers), which makes storage and distribution easy. Larger orders can be kiss-cut on rolls if you're applying them with a dispenser or need faster peel-off for production lines.
Can I use these on glass or metal?
Yes, especially the vinyl version. They stick well to clean, smooth surfaces like glass, metal, plastic, and painted wood. For best adhesion, wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry before applying.
