What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.

We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

Clear labels are for product packaging with stronger adhesives for permanent application. If you're sealing a product or adding branding to packaging, you want labels. Can I put white ink behind my logo on clear stickers?
Absolutely. White ink backing makes your design pop on clear vinyl. Without it, your design will appear transparent wherever there's no color. We recommend white backing for most clear sticker designs unless you specifically want the see-through effect.
Will clear stickers work on glass windows?
Yes. They're perfect for storefront windows, car windows, and glass doors. The clear vinyl lets light through while your design stays vibrant. They're best applied to the inside of windows to protect from weather.
How do I make sure my clear sticker design looks good?
Design with the clear background in mind. Add a white ink layer behind your artwork, or embrace the transparency and design around it. Send us your file and we'll review it to make sure it'll print correctly on clear vinyl.
Are clear stickers removable or permanent?
They use a permanent adhesive, but they can be removed from most smooth surfaces like glass, plastic, and metal without leaving residue. They're not designed to be repositioned—once you stick them, they're down for good.
What surfaces work best for clear stickers?
Smooth, clean surfaces like glass, acrylic, glossy plastic, metal, and laptops. They won't adhere well to textured surfaces, and the clear effect is lost on non-transparent backgrounds.
