Custom Die Cut Stickers Australia
Die-cut stickers are cut precisely around the outline of your design, no background, no border, just your artwork. The result is a clean, professional look that makes logos and illustrations pop. These work especially well for brand mascots, intricate designs, and any artwork that looks better without a square or circle frame.
We use contour cutting technology to follow your design’s outline, whether it’s simple (like a logo) or complex (like a character illustration with fine details). The sticker is cut all the way through, including the backing, so you get individual stickers ready to peel and stick.
Die-cut stickers are perfect for:
- Brand logos and mascots
- Product illustrations and artwork
- Character designs and custom shapes
- Event branding with unique silhouettes
- Promotional giveaways that stand out
Printed on durable vinyl in Melbourne with 2–3 day turnaround. Send us your design as a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) with a clear outline, and we’ll handle the rest. Minimum order of 10 stickers for custom die-cut shapes (orders of 10 to 50 are priced the same as 50).
Specification
- Maximum sticker size: 295mm x 425mm
- Minimum sticker size: 30mm x 30mm
- Minimum quantity: 10 per design
- Premium finishes: Choose matte or gloss when you order, with an optional laminate on top
- Versatile and practical: Ideal for business branding, personal projects, and events
- No wasted background space: Your design is the sticker, with no awkward white borders or filler shapes
- Makes complex designs pop: Intricate illustrations and mascots look far better cut to shape than crammed into a rectangle
- Professional brand presentation: Die-cut logos look intentional and high quality, not generic
- Precision contour cutting: Our plotter follows your artwork outline with ±0.5mm accuracy, even on detailed shapes
- Any shape, any size: From 30mm icons up to 295mm x 425mm designs, we can cut it
- Built to last: Water-resistant, scratch-resistant, and available in gloss or matte. Add a laminate for an extra protective layer.

Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)

Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL express delivery. International shipping rates vary by destination, so contact our team and we will confirm the cost to your location before you order.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.
I’m Looking For Cheap Custom Stickers
We’ve got you covered! Paperlust Print Shop sells stickers for as low as $0.08 AUD. The more you order, the cheaper the price per sticker!
Can Paperlust Print Shop Design a Logo?
Yes, we can! We offer a design artwork package, if you need assistance with your design, our expert designers will help and deliver a professional result to you.
The Design Artwork Package includes 3 services that you can choose from:
- Artwork Fix ($19 AUD): Resize, tweak, or edit your existing design
- Custom Design ($59 AUD): Create a new design from scratch
- Logo Service ($19 - $75 AUD): Re-draw or create a brand new logo
Can you cut really intricate shapes with fine details?
We can cut shapes as fine as 2mm, but very thin or delicate parts may not be durable when peeled and applied. We'll review your design and recommend simplifying extremely fine details if needed.
Do die-cut stickers cost more than regular shapes?
Slightly, because the cutting process is more involved. Simple die-cut shapes (basic logos) cost about 15-20% more than standard circles or squares. Highly complex outlines with many curves may add to the price, we'll quote based on your design.
How do I know if my design will cut cleanly?
Send us your file and we'll confirm. Designs with smooth curves and clear edges cut best. If your artwork has gradients that fade to transparent or very thin text, we'll suggest adjustments to ensure clean cutting.
Can I add a small border around my design before cutting?
Absolutely. Adding a 2-3mm border (called an "offset" or "outline") gives the sticker more structure and makes it easier to see and apply. We can add this during file prep, or you can build it into your artwork.
What's the largest die-cut sticker you can make?
Our standard die-cut equipment runs up to 295 x 425 mm, which is around A3 size, and the smallest we cut is 30mm. The sizes listed on this page cover the most popular options, so if you need something larger or a shape outside that range, contact us with your size requirements and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing on die cut stickers?
Yes. Die cut sticker pricing drops as your quantity goes up, so larger runs and bulk orders pay a lower price per sticker, with no separate wholesale account needed. Planning a high-volume run for retail, events, or resale? Contact us for a custom bulk quote.
What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?
Die cut stickers are cut all the way through, including the backing, so each sticker comes out as its own individual shape. Kiss-cut stickers are cut only through the top vinyl layer and stay on a square or rectangular backing, which makes them easy to peel and ideal for sticker sheets. Choose die cut for standout single shapes and kiss-cut for easy-peel packs. For a full breakdown, read our kiss-cut vs die-cut guide.
Do you deliver die-cut stickers to Sydney?
Yes. We print in Melbourne and ship die-cut stickers to Sydney on a flat-rate express service, usually within one to two business days of dispatch. We deliver Australia-wide.
Can I order personalised die-cut stickers?
Yes. Every die-cut sticker order is custom-made to your artwork, so personalised names, dates, logos or one-off designs are all standard. Upload your design and we cut precisely to its outline.
What is the difference between die-cut stickers and die-cut labels?
Die-cut stickers are individual pieces you apply by hand. Die-cut labels are the same custom shape supplied on rolls for dispensers and labelling machines at volume. If you need roll labels, see our die-cut labels.

Die-Cut Stickers vs Die-Cut Labels
Die-cut stickers are individual, hand-applied pieces contour-cut to the exact shape of your artwork, ideal for laptops, bottles, packaging seals and giveaways. Die-cut labels are the same custom shape but supplied on rolls for dispensers and labelling machines, made for high-volume product runs. If you need a roll format, see our die-cut labels or the full custom labels range.

What Is a Die Cut Sticker?
You might be wondering, what is a die cut sticker? A die cut sticker is a custom-shaped sticker that’s cut precisely to follow the outline of your design, no generic squares or circles here. Whether it’s a logo, character, or unique illustration, the edges are trimmed exactly to your artwork’s shape, giving your sticker a truly customised appearance.
Our die cut sticker printing uses high-precision cutting to ensure clean lines and consistent quality across every piece. You may also see these written as one word (diecut stickers), the same product either way.
Die Cut Stickers Uses
Custom die cut stickers are perfect for businesses, creators, and events. Use them as product labels, branded packaging, envelope seals, event promos, or merchandise. They’re a hit at markets, conferences, or even in your customer thank-you packs.
Need durability? You might ask: are die cut stickers waterproof? Yes, when laminated, our stickers are water-resistant, making them suitable for indoor and light outdoor use, or items exposed to moisture like bottles or takeaway packaging. For heavy-duty outdoor use, our vinyl stickers add a protective laminate over a waterproof vinyl face for long-term weather resistance.
