We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.

Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.

We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Are these dishwasher-safe for drinkware?
The vinyl and laminate are water-resistant and handle hand-washing well, but dishwashers are harsh. If your product goes in the dishwasher regularly, consider our waterproof labels with stronger adhesive and thicker laminate.
