We offer fast production as our standard, meaning most orders are produced within 24 to 48 hours after design proof approval. However, production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

Can Paperlust Print Shop Design a Logo?

What corner radius looks best for product labels?
For labels under 60mm, a 3mm radius is proportional and professional. For labels 80mm+, 5-6mm gives a noticeable soft edge without looking too rounded. We'll recommend the ideal radius when you share your label size.
Can I get different radii on each corner?
Yes, but that's a custom job. Standard rounded corner labels have the same radius on all four corners. Asymmetrical rounding (e.g., rounded top, square bottom) is possible—just ask when requesting a quote.
Are these food-safe for direct contact with products?
Our standard vinyl and paper stocks are safe for indirect food contact (outside of packaging). For direct contact (labels touching the food), specify that requirement and we'll provide materials with appropriate compliance certification.
Do rounded corners add to the cost?
Minimally. The cutting process is similar to sharp corners, so pricing difference is negligible (usually under 5%). Custom or extreme radii may add a small setup fee.
What's the best material for labels that get wet?
Vinyl with waterproof laminate. This handles condensation, fridge storage, and wet hands without peeling or smudging. Paper labels work for dry products but won't survive moisture.
Can you print white on clear vinyl with rounded corners?
Absolutely. Clear vinyl with white ink underprinting is a popular option for labels that blend into packaging while keeping text and logos opaque and readable.
