What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

Can Paperlust Print Shop Design a Logo?

What label size works best for wine bottles?
Most wine bottles use labels between 100mm x 100mm (for a square look) and 120mm x 90mm (traditional rectangle). Measure your bottle's flat surface area and allow a few millimeters of clearance on each edge.
Can you print ingredient lists and nutrition information?
Yes. Send us the text and we'll set it in a legible font size. For food products, we recommend at least 8pt font for body text and 6pt minimum for legal fine print. We can review your label for Australian compliance if needed.
Are these labels dishwasher-safe?
Vinyl labels with waterproof laminate can handle hand-washing, but dishwashers are harsh. If your product goes through commercial dishwashers, ask about our extra-durable label materials designed for that use.
Can I get labels on rolls instead of sheets?
Yes. For quantities over 500 labels, we can supply them on rolls, which makes automated or semi-automated application much faster. Specify roll format when requesting a quote.
What's the best material for cosmetic product labels?
Vinyl with matte or gloss laminate. Cosmetic products often get handled with wet or oily hands, so vinyl resists moisture and fingerprints better than paper. Matte laminate hides smudges; gloss makes colors pop.
Can you print white text or logos on clear labels?
Yes, using white ink underprinting. Clear labels without white ink won't show white areas—they'll be transparent. Let us know if your design includes white elements and we'll add the necessary white layer.
