What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.

Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.

Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. Standard delivery is a $10 flat rate Australia-wide, with express available at checkout. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
Roll labels have a minimum of one roll of 500 per design and size, supplied for hand or machine application on bottles, jars and packaging. Fewer than 500 are sold as rounded corner stickers (minimum 10). See all roll label shapes.
Do you have waterproof labels?
Yes. Our white synthetic labels with a matte or gloss laminate are waterproof and scuff resistant for bottles, jars and outdoor use. White cast paper with a laminate resists splashes and handling. Choose synthetic labels for fridges, freezers, bathrooms and anything washed.

What label size works best for wine bottles?
Most wine bottles use labels between 100mm x 100mm (for a square look) and 120mm x 90mm (traditional rectangle). Measure your bottle's flat surface area and allow a few millimeters of clearance on each edge.
Can you print ingredient lists and nutrition information?
Yes. Send us the text and we'll set it in a legible font size. For food products, we recommend at least 8pt font for body text and 6pt minimum for legal fine print. We can review your label for Australian compliance if needed.
Are these labels dishwasher-safe?
No. Synthetic labels with a waterproof laminate handle hand-washing and splashes, but we do not recommend either stock for domestic or commercial dishwasher cycling and we do not stock a dishwasher-rated label material.
Do these labels come on rolls or sheets?
Rolls, always. Every label in this range is supplied on a roll wound on a standard 76mm (3 inch) core, with a minimum of one roll, 500 labels. That is what makes hand and semi-automated application fast. We do not supply this range as sheets.
What's the best material for cosmetic product labels?
Synthetic with matte or gloss laminate. Cosmetic products often get handled with wet or oily hands, so synthetic resists moisture and fingerprints better than paper. Matte laminate hides smudges; gloss makes colors pop.
Can you print white text or logos on clear labels?
