We offer fast production as our standard, meaning most orders are produced within 24 to 48 hours after design proof approval. However, production times may vary depending on order volume and complexity. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
For stickers, our minimum is 10 quantities. While for labels, our minimum is 1 roll (500 labels).
Do you have waterproof Stickers?
Absolutely! When you choose your sticker type, simply add the option for a laminated finish to ensure your stickers remain intact and durable, even when exposed to water, or select vinyl stickers for outdoor and waterproof usage.

Can Paperlust Print Shop Design a Logo?

What size label do I need for a standard mason jar lid?
Standard wide-mouth mason jars use 70mm lids; regular-mouth jars use 63mm lids. We recommend sizing your label 2-3mm smaller than the lid diameter so it doesn't overhang the edge.
Are these labels food-safe?
Yes, our vinyl and paper stocks are suitable for indirect food contact (e.g., on the outside of jars). For direct food contact (like labels that touch the product), specify that when ordering and we'll confirm material compliance.
Can I print on clear vinyl with a white background behind my logo?
Absolutely. We call that a white underprint. The label background is transparent, but your logo and text have an opaque white layer so they're fully visible on any surface color.
What's the difference between permanent and removable adhesive?
Permanent adhesive bonds strongly and are difficult to remove without tearing the label—ideal for single-use products. Removable adhesive allows customers to peel labels off cleanly, which works well for reusable jars and containers.
Can you print variable data, like batch numbers or expiry dates?
Yes. We can print unique text or numbers on each label using variable data printing. This is common for food products needing batch codes, expiry dates, or sequential numbering. Pricing depends on quantity and data complexity.
How do I apply labels to jars without bubbles or wrinkles?
Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. Start by placing one edge, then smooth the label down with a squeegee or credit card, working from the center outward. For curved surfaces, apply slowly and press firmly as you go.
