All roll labels have 48-hour production after the design proof is approved, and proofs approved by 8am Melbourne time go into production that day. Delivery is an Australia-wide flat rate $10 for standard delivery, with express available at checkout.
These estimates apply after your design proof is approved; while we strive to complete orders within these timelines, production times may extend slightly during peak periods.

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
File Type
We prefer artwork in PDF, SVG and Adobe Illustrator formats. Please add 3mm bleed and crop marks whenever possible.
Fonts & Artworks
Make sure all fonts are outlined/vectorized, and all images/artwork embedded.
Dieline
Dieline needs to be in 100% Magenta Spot Colour and placed on the top layer.
Will I receive a design proof before it’s printed?
Yes we will send a final design proof to your email. We will not proceed to print until we receive your design approval.
Where is Paperlust Print Shop based? How long will the delivery take?
Our head office is located at 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South, Victoria, Australia. For Australian addresses, we offer two shipping options you can choose:
Standard delivery is a $10 flat rate Australia-wide, with express available at checkout.
- Express shipping: 1-2 business days for metro and 3-5 business days for regional (using Startrack)
- Standard shipping: 2-5 business days for metro and 4-6 business days for regional (using AusPost)
Can you ship worldwide? How long will it take?
We ship worldwide with flat AUD $35 charge (2-4 working days). We partner with DHL to ship our products express internationally.
Do you have an order minimum?
Roll labels have a minimum of one roll of 500 per design and size, supplied for hand or machine application on bottles, jars and packaging. If you need fewer than 500, they are sold as rectangle stickers (minimum 10). See all roll label shapes.
Do you have waterproof labels?
Yes. Choose the white synthetic stock with a laminate for a waterproof and scuff resistant label for bottles, jars and outdoor use. Cast paper with a laminate resists splashes and handling. Select synthetic labels for fridges, freezers, bathrooms and anything washed.
Can Paperlust Print Shop Design a Logo?

What size label do I need for a standard mason jar lid?
Standard wide-mouth mason jars use 70mm lids; regular-mouth jars use 63mm lids. We recommend sizing your label 2-3mm smaller than the lid diameter so it doesn't overhang the edge.
Can I print on clear labels with a white background behind my logo?
This page does not offer clear labels. Labels here print on white cast paper or white synthetic, so white areas of your artwork print as the white stock. For a transparent label with a white underprint behind your logo, see Clear Labels.
What adhesive do these labels use?
Permanent, on both stocks. It bonds strongly and is difficult to remove without tearing the label, which is what you want on a product going out to a customer. We do not offer a removable grade, so treat placement as final.
Can you print variable data, like batch numbers or expiry dates?
Yes. We can print unique text or numbers on each label using variable data printing. This is common for food products needing batch codes, expiry dates, or sequential numbering. Pricing depends on quantity and data complexity.
How do I apply labels to jars without bubbles or wrinkles?
Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. Start by placing one edge, then smooth the label down with a squeegee or credit card, working from the center outward. For curved surfaces, apply slowly and press firmly as you go.
How much do 1,000 25 x 50 mm rectangle labels cost?
At the default selection, Material White Cast Paper and Finish Matte Laminate, 1,000 rectangle labels in 25 x 50 mm cost $218.53 in total, or $0.21 each. GST is included. Standard delivery is $10 per order.
Do rectangle label prices include GST and delivery?
