Custom Certificates

Certificates are available in A4 (210 x 297 mm) and A5 (148 x 210 mm), both printed flat and single-sided on heavyweight digital stock.

A4 is the standard size used by training providers, RTOs, schools and employers for graduation, completion and award certificates, and is the most suitable for framing or presenting in a sleeve. A5 suits smaller recognition cards, event awards or certificates where a compact format is preferred.

All certificates are printed with square corners as standard. Rounded corners are a per order upgrade from $15 per order for 25, 50 or 100 certificates, and $25 per order for 250 certificates. A custom die-cut shape is a per order upgrade from $49 per order for 25, 50 or 100 certificates, and $89 per order for 250 certificates (simple shapes; complex shapes are quoted separately). Both options are available on any stock and foil combination.

Choose from two digital print stocks.

• Matt 300gsm Digital: a smooth, professional finish at an accessible price point. The standard choice for training completion certificates, award certificates and recognition programmes.
• 360gsm Premium Digital: a heavier board that feels substantial in the hand. Recommended for graduation certificates, employee recognition and any occasion where the weight and quality of the certificate itself reflects the value of the achievement.

Both stocks support foil upgrades in gold, silver or rose gold, with prices published for every combination.

Coloured, textured and other specialty stocks are available on request, along with specialty finishing such as embossing and letterpress. Speak to our customer service team or request a quote to confirm pricing for your specification.

Foil is available on either stock and the price is the same regardless of which foil colour you choose. Gold, silver or rose gold foil can be applied to the certificate title, crest or border, creating a mirror-bright metallic finish that elevates the look of any award, graduation or recognition programme.

Foil certificate pricing starts from $129 for 25 on Matt 300gsm stock and from $169 for 25 on 360gsm Premium stock, all inclusive of GST. Variable Data printing merges unique information into each individual certificate from a spreadsheet you supply. Personalise each certificate with the recipient name, award or course title, date and certificate number, so every graduate or award winner receives a certificate printed with their own details rather than a blank line to fill in by hand. The cost is $1.00 per certificate inc GST.

The PDF proof you receive includes a data-merge sample so you can confirm the layout and content before printing begins. Every personalised certificate receives an individual quality check, and any certificate affected by a data error on our side is reprinted free of charge.

A certificate is a printed record of something a person has done or reached. It might name a course, a qualification or an award, and it is not redeemable against a purchase.
