Presentation Folders

Custom presentation folders are printed in full colour on 350 GSM artboard and die cut from a single sheet. They are supplied flat with clip-in tabs and no glue, so the folders stack and store flat. You fold each one into shape when it is needed.

These are the five finished sizes on this page:

• A4 single pocket, 219 x 310 mm, for lean A4 proposals and contracts.
• A4 single pocket with a 5 mm gusset, 225 x 319 mm, for thicker A4 documents.
• A4 two pockets with a 5 mm gusset, 220 x 320 mm, for a separate document on each side.
• A5 single pocket with a 5 mm gusset, 155 x 220 mm, for A5 welcome packs and reports.
• DL single pocket with a 5 mm gusset, 102 x 212 mm, for DL forms, letters and flyers.

The 5 mm gusset is a folded edge on the spine and the pocket, so the folder closes neatly over a thicker stack. The A4 presentation folders carry business card slits on the pocket, and the A4 two pocket style has slits on both pockets. The slits are sized for a standard 90 x 55 mm business card. The A4 styles take A4 sheets, the A5 style takes A5 sheets, and the DL style takes DL sheets. Order standard business cards to sit in the slits.

Printed presentation folders can be ordered with outside only or outside and inside printing. Outside only prints the outside of the sheet in full colour, which covers the front cover, the back cover and the face of the pocket, and leaves the inside panels plain white card. Outside and inside prints both sides. With outside only printing the laminate goes on the outside. With outside and inside printing it goes on both sides. Matt gives a soft low sheen, gloss gives a shiny face with richer colour, velvet gives a soft touch finish, and no laminate leaves the bare artboard. Velvet Laminate + Scodix adds a raised clear Scodix finish you can feel, on one side, over the velvet laminate. The finish is placed where the artwork puts it, for example a logo, a heading or a pattern. Keep it off small text and fine detail. The minimum order for presentation folder printing is 25 folders with any laminate or with Velvet Laminate + Scodix, and 250 with no laminate, with quantity steps of 25, 50, 100, 200, 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 7500 and 10000. Prices are order totals inc GST. The A4 single pocket with matt laminate and outside only printing is $216.79 for 25, $377.02 for 100, $735.19 for 250, $1,168.75 for 500, $1,645.67 for 1000, $5,046.48 for 5000, $7,288.01 for 7500 and $9,529.53 for 10000. The A4 single pocket with a 5 mm gusset costs the same as the A4 single pocket in this finish. The same style with outside only printing and no laminate is $622.07 for 250. The same style with outside only printing and velvet laminate is $219.61 for 25 and $763.46 for 250. With Velvet Laminate + Scodix and outside only printing, the A4 single pocket is $384.55 for 25, $1,564.62 for 250 and $5,858.91 for 1000. With outside and inside printing and matt laminate, which laminates both sides, the A4 single pocket is $269.57 for 25 and $1,187.60 for 250. The A4 two pocket style with matt laminate and outside only printing is $772.88 for 250 and $1,683.38 for 1000. The A5 single pocket and DL single pocket styles cost the same as each other at $218.69 for 25 and $462.07 for 250 with outside only printing and matt laminate. Matt and gloss laminate cost the same up to 5000 folders, and gloss can cost slightly less than matt at 7500 and 10000 (for example, the A4 single pocket with outside only printing and gloss laminate is $9,372.23 for 10000). Supply artwork as a print ready PDF laid out on the die line template for your chosen style, with 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined and images embedded. The die line template for each style downloads from Artwork Guidelines on this page, with Outside and Inside templates as a PDF for Illustrator and a PNG overlay for Canva. The pocket folds up inside the folder, so pocket artwork goes in upside down on the Outside template.
