Gift Vouchers

Most gift voucher printers in Australia require you to call or email for a quote. At Paperlust, the full pricing ladder is published online: from $89 for 25 vouchers on Matt 300gsm Digital stock, through to $749 for 500 DL vouchers on 360gsm Premium Digital with foil. Select your quantity, stock and finish, and the price is shown immediately.

Every order is printed on heavyweight digital stock, flat in DL or A6, with front only printing as standard. For $0.20 per voucher you can add front and back printing with a full colour back panel. Gold, Silver and Rose Gold foil upgrades are available on both stocks and sit on the front panel only. For unique voucher codes, sequential numbers or personalised amounts, Variable Data adds $0.40 per voucher with an individual quality check and a free reprint guarantee on data errors.

Gift vouchers are available in two flat formats: DL (99 x 210 mm) and A6 (105 x 148 mm), printed front only as standard or front and back for $0.20 per voucher.

Two stock weights are available. Matt 300gsm Digital is the base option, a heavyweight digital stock with a clean matt finish suitable for most business applications. The 360gsm Premium Digital stock is thicker and more rigid, giving vouchers a premium feel that suits salons, spas and high-end retail.

Both stocks are available with or without a foil upgrade. The choice of stock does not affect the foil colours on offer.

Coloured, textured and other specialty stocks are available on request, along with specialty finishing such as embossing and letterpress. Speak to our customer service team or request a quote to confirm pricing for your specification.

Add foil stamping to your gift vouchers for a finish that signals premium quality. Foil can be applied to a title, logo or border on either the Matt 300gsm or 360gsm Premium stock. Three foil colours are available: Gold, Silver and Rose Gold. Foil colour choice does not change the price. Foil is applied to the front panel only, so a front and back order with foil has a full colour printed back with no foil on it.

Foil pricing at 25 vouchers is $259 for DL and $249 for A6 on Matt 300gsm Digital, and $279 for DL and $249 for A6 on 360gsm Premium Digital. At 100 vouchers, foil is $339 for DL and $309 for A6 on Matt 300gsm Digital, and $439 for DL and $369 for A6 on 360gsm Premium Digital. At 500 vouchers, foil is $529 for DL and $539 for A6 on Matt 300gsm Digital, and $749 for DL and $519 for A6 on 360gsm Premium Digital. All prices include GST.

The Variable Data option allows each voucher in an order to carry its own unique content, including sequential numbering, unique voucher codes, recipient names or personalised dollar amounts. You supply the data in a spreadsheet and we handle the merge.

Pricing for Variable Data is $0.40 per voucher inclusive of GST, added to the base order total. The PDF proof includes a data-merge sample so you can check the layout and data fields before any voucher is printed. Every personalised voucher receives an individual quality check as part of production. If any voucher is affected by a data error on our side, it is reprinted at no charge.

Variable Data is available on all quantity rungs and on any stock or foil combination.

All published prices are for front only printing. Front and back printing adds $0.20 per voucher inclusive of GST at every quantity, on every stock and foil combination. This means 25 vouchers add $5 and 500 vouchers add $100.

Rounded corners and custom die cut shapes add a per order charge that depends on size and quantity only, and is the same on both stocks, with or without foil. Complex or irregular shapes are quoted separately. Variable Data personalisation is $0.40 per voucher inclusive of GST.

A flat order of 50 vouchers on Matt 300gsm Digital is $109 for DL and $99 for A6 inclusive of GST, making a small first run accessible for new businesses and seasonal campaigns. A gift voucher carries monetary value. It is purchased by a business and redeemed by the holder against a later purchase, so it belongs wherever customers pay for a service, a product or a treatment. A certificate marks an achievement, a completion or a recognition. It is awarded rather than redeemed, and it carries no cash value. If you are still unsure, ask what the recipient can do with the printed piece: spend it, or keep it as a record of something they earned.
