Custom Food Labels for Bakery, Takeaway, Meal Prep and Cafe Packaging

These food labels are made for packaged food producers, bakeries, takeaway and delivery kitchens, meal prep makers and cafes. They are printed one up and die cut, then supplied as 500 labels on a roll. The label sits on the outside of the pack: the lid of a takeaway container, the front of a pouch or tub, the seal on a bakery box or bag. They go on the packaging, not on the food itself. • White Synthetic with Matte Laminate or Gloss Laminate stands up to water and scuffs on chilled, damp or wiped down packs, with an acrylic adhesive stable from minus 20 degrees C to 80 degrees C.
• White Cast Paper with Matte Laminate or Gloss Laminate is the paper stock for dry ambient packaging such as bakery boxes, bags and pantry lines.
• Clear Synthetic with Gloss Varnish keeps clear containers, tubs and bottles looking unlabelled.

Each shape is die cut from the shape you choose.

• Circle: 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm and 150mm rounds for seals and lids.
• Square: 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 75mm and 100mm squares for boxes and bags.
• Rectangle: 25mm W x 50mm H, 25mm W x 70mm H, 50mm W x 100mm H, 70mm W x 40mm H, 70mm W x 120mm H and 100mm W x 150mm H for front of pack labels.
• Rounded Corner: 30mm W x 30mm H, 30mm W x 100mm H, 50mm W x 50mm H, 50mm W x 150mm H, 75mm W x 75mm H, 75mm W x 200mm H and 120mm W x 120mm H for a softer outline.
• Oval: 30mm W x 100mm H, 50mm W x 100mm H, 75mm W x 150mm H and 100mm W x 200mm H for a softer outline.
• Custom Die-Cut: cut to the outline of your artwork in 30mm W x 30mm H, 30mm W x 100mm H, 50mm W x 50mm H, 50mm W x 150mm H, 75mm W x 75mm H, 75mm W x 200mm H and 120mm W x 120mm H.

The minimum order is one roll of 500 per design and per size, and the quantity ladder runs 500 to 5,000 in steps of 500. A 30mm W x 30mm H rounded corner in White Cast Paper with Matte Laminate costs $160.16 for 500 labels. A 50mm circle in White Synthetic with Matte Laminate, the usual seal or lid label, is $168.74 for 500 labels, $198.77 for 1,000 labels and $394.68 for 5,000 labels. A 70mm W x 120mm H rectangle in White Synthetic with Matte Laminate is $230.38 for 500 labels and $682.11 for 5,000 labels. Up to 5 different designs can print in one order, each on its own roll.

Custom food label printing starts with your artwork, supplied with a 3mm bleed. Choose your shape, size, stock and finish, upload your file, and approve the emailed proof. Production is 48 hours after proof approval, and orders are printed in Melbourne. Delivery is a $10 flat rate Australia wide, with express available at checkout. Each 500-label roll suits hand application and semi automatic or automatic label applicators. Tell us the unwind direction at proofing so the roll feeds the way your line needs it to. The laminate or varnish protects the printed surface through handling.
