Table talkers are laminated cards that stand on a table as a closed triangle locked at the base with tabs, and carry a printed face on each side. Order one of six ready layouts, upload your own print ready PDF, or choose a custom design. Every table talker is printed on 300 GSM Matte card and laminated on the printed side, in gloss or matte.

What is a table talker and how does it stand?
A table talker is a printed card with a face on each side. The two faces lean together into a closed triangle and lock at the base with tabs, so it stands on its own and the message faces guests on both sides of the table.
Which size should I choose?
A6 105 x 148mm suits cafe and bar tables. DL 99 x 210mm suits narrow tables and counters. A5 148 x 210mm is the largest face and is easy to read across a restaurant table or a hotel desk.
Do the table talkers arrive ready to stand?
They arrive flat and already creased along every fold. Fold on the creases and clip the tabs into the slots in the base. Nothing to glue or tape.
Can each table talker carry a different table number?
Yes. With the Scan to order layout you type the table numbers, for example 1 to 20, plus the ordering link. Our team sets one table number on each card, so order as many cards as tables.
How is the QR code made and checked?
Our team builds the QR code from your link and places every detail into the layout. We send a PDF proof for you to check, and you can scan the QR code on the printed proof with a phone before approving it. We do not print until you approve the proof.
Can a phone join the Wi-Fi network by scanning the code?
Yes. The Wi-Fi details layout prints a QR code that holds the network name and password, so a phone that scans it can join. The same face prints on both sides.
Why is every table talker laminated and how do gloss and matte differ?
The laminate stops the print from cracking along the folds and protects the printed faces from handling and surface marks. Gloss laminate has a high sheen that makes colours look richer, while matte laminate has a flat, low glare look. Gloss and matte cost the same.
Can I use my own design file?
Yes. Upload my own artwork as a print ready PDF with two pages, one for each face. Page 1 is the front face and page 2 is the back face, each at the face size you order plus 3mm bleed on every edge. Our team places both faces on the cutting template and checks the file at the proof stage.
How long do printing and delivery take?
Printing takes 2 to 4 working days after you approve the proof, but production time is not delivery time. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days metro or 4 to 6 regional after dispatch. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days metro or 3 to 5 regional.
What do 10 or 100 table talkers cost?
A6 table talkers cost $64 for 10 or $192 for 100, which is $1.92 per card at 100. A5 table talkers cost $76 for 10 or $318 for 100, which is $3.18 per card at 100. Prices include GST and gloss or matte laminate at the same price.

These table talkers print in six ready layouts.
- Scan to order: deep green with cream lettering, a table number and a QR code to the online menu and ordering page. The same face prints on both sides so either side can scan.
- Daily specials: a chalkboard look with Today's Specials over four dishes or drinks with a price beside each, plus the logo and business name. The other face reads Seen the specials? and Ask our team about the specials with the logo.
- Wi-Fi details: warm white with navy lettering, FREE WI-FI, the network name and password, and a QR code that holds the network name and password so a phone that scans it can join. Same face on both sides.
- Leave a review: blush pink with plum lettering, Enjoyed your visit?, Leave Us a Review, five stars and a QR code to the review page. The other face reads Thank You for Visiting and We hope to see you again soon with the logo.
- Happy hour: midnight navy with gold lettering, HAPPY HOUR, the days and times, three drink or food deals with prices, and the logo. Same face on both sides.

These QR code table talkers follow the same path. Pick a layout, size, laminate and quantity, then add to cart. On the Upload Artwork step type the details in one text box (up to 1000 characters) and upload a logo where the layout has one. Scan to order needs the table numbers and the ordering link, Daily specials needs four items with prices plus a logo, Wi-Fi details needs the network name and password, Leave a review needs the review link, business name and a logo, Happy hour needs the days, times and three deals plus a logo, and Reserved prints exactly as shown with nothing to type. Our team builds the QR code from the link you type, sets every detail into the layout, and emails a PDF proof. Scan the QR code on the proof with a phone before you approve it. We do not print until you approve the proof. Daily specials and Happy hour carry a $15 set-up per order.
Sizes, construction and laminate
Table tent cards and tent cards are two common names for this product.
- A6 105 x 148mm: a small face for cafe and bar tables.
- DL 99 x 210mm: a tall slim face for narrow tables and counters.
- A5 148 x 210mm: the largest face, easy to read across a restaurant table or a hotel desk.
A6 is built as one piece of card. DL and A5 are built as a printed face card that folds at the top and a plain base card. Tabs clip down through slots in the base, and every order arrives flat and already creased along every fold, so there is nothing to glue or tape. The card is 300 GSM Matte card, bright white. Every table talker is laminated on the printed side. Gloss laminate gives a high sheen that makes colours look richer. Matte laminate gives a flat, low glare look, and both cost the same. Your own artwork or a custom design

Production and delivery
Printing takes 2 to 4 working days after you approve the proof. Production time is not delivery time. Standard delivery uses Australia Post and takes 2 to 5 business days metro or 4 to 6 regional after dispatch. Express delivery uses StarTrack and takes 1 to 2 business days metro or 3 to 5 regional. Pickup is free from 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The Perfect Print Promise reprints a print problem reported within 30 days of dispatch at no cost.
