Funeral Order of Service Booklets are printed A5 portrait booklets at 148 x 210mm for a funeral or memorial service. Each booklet is saddle stitched with full colour on every page. You can choose one of six designs that our team sets with the family's details, words and photos, upload your own print ready artwork, or ask for a custom design.

At the Upload Artwork step, type the main details into the box and add the cover photo, the other photos and the words for the inside pages as files. Add them one at a time, or put the photos and words together in one ZIP file. Our team sets everything into the design and emails a PDF proof, and nothing prints until the proof is approved.
The booklets come in 8, 12, 16 or 20 pages including the cover, with a 250 GSM Matte or 150 GSM Matte cover, optional matte lamination on the heavier cover, 150 GSM Matte or 128 GSM Matte inside pages, and 10 to 500 copies.

How many pages should I choose?
An 8 page booklet holds the full eight page plan: cover, order of service, life story, photo tribute, poem or reading, hymn or song words, and back cover. A 12 page booklet adds a second photo spread and two more reading pages; 16 and 20 pages add more photo and reading pages.
What do I need to send if I choose one of your designs?
At the Upload Artwork step, type the main details into the box, then add the cover photo and the other photos as files. Add the longer words as a PDF or inside a ZIP file. Everything for the design is added on that step.
Is there a proof before the booklets are printed?
Yes. Our team sets your content into the design and emails a PDF proof, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
How long does printing take?
After you approve the proof, printing takes 3 to 7 working days. Production time is not delivery time, so allow extra time for delivery after dispatch.
Do you deliver and can I pick up?
We deliver Australia wide for $10 standard or $15 express per order. You can also pick up from 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Can I use my own design file?
Yes. The Upload my own artwork option accepts a print ready PDF of every page at A5 with 3mm bleed. Our team checks the file at the proof stage.
Can a designer create a custom booklet for us?
Yes. A dedicated designer creates a bespoke booklet for $49.90, with two design options on the first proof and three rounds of revision.
Which paper should I choose?
A 250 GSM Matte cover is heavier and more rigid, with optional matte lamination; a 150 GSM Matte cover is lighter. For inside pages, 150 GSM Matte is the heavier stock and reduces the amount photos show through, while 128 GSM Matte is lighter.

Six designs for a funeral order of service
These six designs cover a calm, dignified range.
- Eucalyptus: a watercolour silver dollar eucalyptus spray sits above a rectangular cover photo, with leaves in the two bottom corners, the name in classic serif capitals, and the italic line "In loving memory of" above the name.
- White Garden: in the top corners, a watercolour white garden rose and soft green leaves frame an oval cover photo, with "In loving memory of" in flowing script and the name in fine, widely spaced capitals.
- Love and Leaves: down the right edge of the cover trails a watercolour vine of green leaves and small dark berries, with the name stacked one word per line in large sage green capitals and text set left.
- Visco Garden: olive green engraved botanical flowers climb both sides of the cover like a frame, with olive capitals, a small script "of", an arch shaped cover photo, and engraved flower corners on the inside pages.
- Sarulean: a watercolour garland of Australian natives with proteas, gum leaves, small yellow native blossom and berries sits above a rectangular cover photo, and "In loving memory" appears in widely spaced capitals.
- Byron: framed by a fine black arch line in minimal black and white, the cover shows "In loving memory of" in handwritten script, the name in spaced capitals, and an arch shaped cover photo.
What goes inside an order of service
Each design follows the same eight page plan.
- Page 1: front cover with photo, name, dates, and the service day, time and place.
- Page 2: the order of service, from entrance music and welcome through reading, eulogy, poem, photo tribute, reflection, farewell and closing words.
- Page 3: a life story with a photo.
- Pages 4 and 5: a photo tribute across the centre spread with five photos.
- Page 6: a poem or reading.
- Page 7: hymn or song words.
- Page 8: back cover with a thank you from the family and the gathering details.

How ordering a design works
Choose a design, page count, papers and quantity and add it to the cart. Then at the Upload Artwork step type the main details (up to 1000 characters) and add the cover photo, other photos and the words as files, one at a time or in one ZIP file, with a Word document inside the ZIP or the words saved as a PDF. Our team sets everything into the design and sends a PDF proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. The design set-up is $25 per order on top of the own artwork price for the same booklet. For Upload my own artwork, send a print ready PDF of every page at A5 with 3mm bleed, and our team checks it at the proof stage. For Custom design, a dedicated designer creates a bespoke booklet for $49.90, with two design options on the first proof and three rounds of revision.
Page counts and paper choices
Page counts are 8, 12, 16 or 20 pages including the cover, and they go up in fours. For the cover, 250 GSM Matte is heavier and more rigid and can be ordered with or without matte lamination; 150 GSM Matte is lighter and comes without lamination. Timing and delivery
We email a digital PDF proof within 1 to 2 business days of the order. After you approve the proof, production takes 3 to 7 working days; production time is not delivery time. Delivery is $10 standard per order (Australia Post, 2 to 5 business days metro and 4 to 6 regional after dispatch) or $15 express (StarTrack, 1 to 2 business days metro and 3 to 5 regional). You can pick up from 23 Manton Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Order as early as possible and write the date you need the booklets in the Special Request box at checkout.

The figures below are all inc GST, for 8 pages with a 250 GSM Matte cover, no lamination, 150 GSM Matte inside pages and a design from our team. 10 booklets cost $191.86, 25 cost $209.25, 50 cost $241.37, 100 cost $286.62 (which is $2.87 per booklet), and 250 cost $423.88. With your own artwork, the same 10 booklet job is $166.86. One of our designs with 12 pages is $197.92 for 10, and with matte lamination on the cover it is $239.05 for 10.
