Frequently Asked Questions
What size sticker suits a hard hat?
Choose a 50 x 50mm, 60 x 60mm or 75 x 75mm Circle or Rounded Corners sticker for the front or sides, or a 100 x 30mm strip with rounded corners for the back of the helmet. The right size depends on your logo and how much space the helmet has.
Can my company logo go on the stickers and what does that cost?
Yes. The Company logo and name layout places your logo with the company name under it on a white sticker with a navy ring. A 50 x 50mm circle with No Laminate is $114 for 50 and $127 for 100, including the $15 set-up and GST.
How does the date go on a site inducted sticker?
The Site inducted layout has the company name at the top, a navy band with SITE INDUCTED in white, and a blank line labelled DATE. After each induction, the date is written by hand on that line.
Do I need laminate on my hard hat stickers?
Not always. No Laminate is the default, while Matte Laminate or Gloss Laminate adds a clear protective film over the printed face. The film itself already has excellent weather resistance.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 stickers per design. Quantities then step through 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1000.
How do I order stickers for several different roles?
Add one cart line for each design. A site needing first aid, fire warden and site inducted stickers adds one line for each, then picks the size, shape, finish and quantity for that line.
Can I put stickers on my hard hat?
Yes, but check your helmet maker's instructions before putting any sticker on a hard hat. Apply to a clean, dry surface above 10 degrees, with 18 to 25 degrees the optimum, and press the sticker down firmly.
What is the Custom Shape option?
Custom Shape is cut to the outline of your own artwork, so the sticker follows the edge of your logo rather than a standard circle or rounded corner shape. It is available with Upload my own artwork and Custom design.
What is the Custom design option and what does it cost?
A Paperlust designer creates the sticker from your logo, details and references. Custom design includes two design options on the first proof and three rounds of revisions, with a $49.90 design fee added to the order.
How long do production and delivery take and what does delivery cost?
Production takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof. Standard delivery is $15 per order Australia wide, and pickup is free from Oakleigh South.

Site inducted stickers are handed out at each induction: choose the Site inducted layout, type the company name, and the sticker prints with the company name at the top, a navy band reading SITE INDUCTED in white, and a blank DATE line where the date is written by hand after each induction. For hard hat labels by role, the First aid layout, Fire warden layout, Supervisor layout and Visitor layout print exactly as shown, with nothing to type. Circle and Rounded Corners stickers are kiss cut, each sitting on its own backing square. Custom Shape stickers are kiss cut to the outline of the artwork. Choose No Laminate, Matte Laminate or Gloss Laminate over the printed face. The film is 80 micron matt white PVC, 130 micron thick with the adhesive, and the grey high tack permanent adhesive grips where a standard sticker lifts.
How ordering and application work
Pick a layout, a size, a shape and a finish, choose the quantity, and add to cart. On the Upload Artwork step, type the details and upload the logo for the Company logo and name layout; our team sets them into the layout and emails a PDF proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. That logo layout includes a $15 set-up per design. To apply, clean and dry the surface, work above 10 degrees with 18 to 25 degrees as the optimum, and press the sticker down firmly. Prices, production and delivery
All prices inc GST. For the Company logo and name layout on a 50 x 50mm circle with No Laminate, 50 stickers cost $114, 100 cost $127, 500 cost $252 and 1000 cost $430; with Matte Laminate, 50 cost $159 and 100 cost $174. For the Site inducted, first aid, fire warden, supervisor and visitor layouts, or any own artwork, a 50 x 50mm circle with No Laminate is $99 for 50 and $112 for 100, while the same options at 75 x 75mm are $110 for 50 and $160 for 100. A 100 x 30mm strip with No Laminate is $101 for 50 and $117 for 100 for any layout except the logo layout, or for own artwork.
