Fence and Sponsor Banners are custom printed banners for a sports ground fence, a school or event fence, or a temporary construction fence. Choose solid 610gsm vinyl when the fence is sheltered or the banner will sit against a wall, or choose 300gsm perforated mesh that lets wind pass through for temporary fencing and exposed sites.
You can start with one of seven ready layouts, choose Upload my own artwork, or ask for a Custom design. Our team fills the six fill-in layouts with your details and logo. Pick a layout, size, material and finishing, add it to the cart, then type the banner details and upload a logo on the Upload Artwork step. We set the details, email a PDF proof, and print only after you approve it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size banner suits a sports ground fence?
A 2000 x 1000mm banner is a common starting point for a sponsor name on a boundary fence, and 3000 x 1000mm or 4000 x 1000mm gives a longer club or sponsor banner. If the fence is exposed, choose 2400 x 1600mm mesh.
Should I choose vinyl or mesh for a fence banner?
Choose 610gsm vinyl when the fence is sheltered or the banner will sit against a wall, because it reads as a solid block of colour. Choose 300gsm mesh on temporary construction fencing or windy fences so the holes let wind pass through.
Does a fill-in layout cost more than my own artwork?
Yes. The six fill-in layouts include a $15 set-up per design on top of the own artwork price for the same banner. The Danger construction site layout has no set-up charge because the wording is fixed.
How does a club order banners for several different sponsors?
Add one banner per sponsor. Each cart line is one design, so a club with several sponsors adds one line per sponsor banner and supplies the logo and details for that sponsor.
What goes on a registrations banner and can it carry a QR code?
The Registrations open layout holds the headline REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN, age groups or competitions, season dates or sign up day, the club website and a panel with the club crest. It also carries a QR code with the line SCAN TO REGISTER, and you supply the link the code opens.
What size fits a temporary construction fence panel?
The 2400 x 1600mm landscape mesh banner is the width of a standard temporary fence panel. The 1600 x 2400mm mesh is a portrait banner.
Are eyelets included and how is the banner attached?
Mesh banners come hemmed with eyelets included. Vinyl can be hemmed only, hemmed with clear eyelets, or hemmed with rope and clear eyelets. Use cable ties or the rope to attach the banner to a fence.
Can the colours match our club or brand colours?
Yes. The layouts are shown in navy and gold, but our team sets each banner in the colours of your logo or club. Name your colours in the details box.
What is the Custom design option and what does it cost?
Custom design means a Paperlust designer creates the banner from your logo, details and references. It includes two design options on the first proof and three rounds of revisions for a one-off $49.90 design fee.
How long does production and delivery take and what does delivery cost?
Vinyl banners print in 4 to 5 working days after proof approval, and mesh banners print in 2 to 4 working days after proof approval. Standard delivery is $15 per order, express delivery is $60 per order, and pickup from Oakleigh South is free.

- Sponsor banner layout: the sponsor's logo, business name, one line about what it offers, a contact band and PROUD SPONSOR OF with the club name and crest.
- Club banner layout: the club crest on a slanted colour panel, HOME OF THE above the club name, the ground name or established year, and the club website.
- Registrations open layout: REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN, age groups or competitions, season dates or sign up day, the club website, and a club crest panel with a QR code and SCAN TO REGISTER.

Sports banners and club banners across the season
Sports banners and club banners work together across the season. Use the Sponsor banner layout on the boundary fence for each sponsor, the Club banner layout for the club's own name banner, the Registrations open layout each season, and the Sponsor board layout as a thank you board. Because each cart line is one design, a club with several sponsors adds one cart line per sponsor banner rather than combining them.
Construction fence banners and event fence options
Construction fence banners on mesh are the builder's choice for a temporary site fence, because a fence mesh banner lets wind pass through. The 2400 x 1600mm landscape size is the width of a standard temporary fence panel; event organisers can choose the Event fence banner layout on vinyl or mesh. For fixed warning wording, the Danger construction site layout has nothing to type and costs the same as own artwork. For a mesh banner with your own artwork at the standard size, order mesh banners.
Builders who order mesh banners often also get site entry signs for the entrance, owner builder signs where the build is owner-led, safety signs for the site, and hard hat stickers for the people working on the job.
