Trade Show Displays

The trade show displays on this page group the four exhibition displays a stand uses most.

• Pull up banner: 850mm wide by 2100mm tall, with a silver, black weighted or double sided twin base, one or two printed panels, support pole and carry bag. It sits beside the table or against the wall. See pull up banners for more options.
• X banner stand: 600mm wide by 1600mm tall, a 440gsm polyester banner with eyelets on an X-frame and a carry bag. It sets up in under a minute and points people to the stand.
• Media wall: 2400mm or 3000mm wide by 2200mm tall, a stretch fabric backdrop over an aluminium frame, available as frame and fabric or replacement fabric only.
• Table cover: printed 230gsm polyester, sized for 4ft, 6ft and 8ft trestle tables, with styles that finish the table and hide what sits underneath.

The four ready layouts suit different trade show banners:

• Logo and tagline: large logo, business name, short tagline and website at the foot, for brand awareness.
• Product hero: headline, large product photo, three benefit lines with ticks and the logo, for launching or showing one product.
• Offer and QR code: big offer headline, one supporting line and a QR code that opens your link, with a call to scan and the logo, for collecting leads and bookings at the show.
• Event name and stand number: show name, a line inviting people to visit, stand number in a big block, show dates and logo, for a banner in an aisle or at the entrance.

Each layout is set in the proportions of the display picked, whether that is tall for pull up banners and X banner stands, wide for expo banners on a media wall, or a front panel for a table cover.

Pick a layout, display and options, add it to the cart, then upload your logo and photo and type the words. Our designer sets them into the layout and emails a PDF proof. Nothing prints until you approve the proof. The QR code is made from the link you type, and the details can also be added later from the cart. A layout adds $15 per design on top of the own artwork price for the same display.

• Upload my own artwork: send a print ready PDF or high resolution image and our team checks resolution, bleed and colour at the free proof stage.
• Custom design: a Paperlust designer creates the artwork from your brief and logo, with two design options on the first proof and three rounds of revisions for a one off design fee of $49.90.

A full stand is ordered as separate lines in the same cart, one display per line.

• 230gsm stretch polyester printed by dye sublimation over a fitted sleeve on an aluminium frame.
• 2400mm small or 3000mm large width, both 2200mm tall.
• Frame and fabric includes the frame, printed skin and carry bag; replacement fabric only suits a compatible frame you already own.
• Printed one sided for a back wall or two sided for a free standing wall seen from both sides.
• The frame connects without tools and most walls go up in around 5 to 10 minutes.

• Loose throw drapes to the floor on every side, back included.
• Fitted open back has straight front and end panels to the floor and a half drop at the back so staff can sit with legs under the table.
• Fitted closed back has straight panels to the floor on every side with stitched corners.
• Stretch pulls snug over the table with no loose folds.
• Sizes follow 4ft, 6ft and 8ft trestle tables, all 737mm high, and the fabric is washable and folds flat.

Before you order, check the practical details for your trade show booth. The pull up banner's printed panel is 850mm wide by 2100mm tall, but the top 10mm and bottom 90mm of the panel sit inside the hardware, so the visible image area is 845 x 2000mm. Keep wording inside that safe area. For your own artwork, upload a print ready PDF or high resolution image and our team checks resolution, bleed and colour at the free proof stage. A pull up banner artwork canvas is 855 x 2110mm with 5mm bleed. If you have a fixed event date, mention it when ordering so the team can confirm the timeline. Production time is not delivery time. A portable display stand like the X banner stand is lighter than a pull up stand and suits indoor use. In wind outdoors the X-frame is not as stable as a weighted pull up base.

All prices below are including GST for one design with your own artwork. Choose a ready layout and the price shown for any display increases by $15 per design. In pull up banners, the standard silver base is $148.73, the premium black base is $253.02 and the double sided twin is $254.63. The X banner stand is $148.73. For media walls, the small 2400mm frame and fabric one sided wall is $492.35, the large 3000mm frame and fabric one sided wall is $580.44, and the small replacement fabric only one sided skin is $289.75. On loose throw table covers, the 4ft cover is $188.76, the 6ft cover is $213.93 and the 8ft cover is $245.39. The configurator prices every other combination and quantity, from one unit with no minimum order quantity. Production starts after you approve the proof: pull up banners take 2 to 5 business days, X banner stands 2 to 4 working days, media walls 5 to 7 business days and table covers 2 to 3 working days.
