Paperlust Print Shop tissue paper is 28gsm recyclable stock printed in 1 or 2 spot colors. Four sizes cover the most common e-commerce and retail packaging applications: 220x300mm for small product wrapping and padding, 380x380mm and 380x500mm for mid-size product lines, and 500x750mm for large boxes, garments, and gift bags. The minimum order is 250 sheets, and the cost per sheet falls as quantities rise, so it scales with regular packaging runs.
Production lead time is 16-18 working days. Plan orders ahead of packaging runs or season launches to ensure stock arrives on time. International shipping is available via DHL express at a flat AUD $35 rate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I match a specific brand colour in the ink?
Give the Pantone code for each ink colour. The printer matches the ink within what offset printing can achieve. The emailed proof confirms layout and content, not the final colour of the ink.
How many sheets can an order include?
250 sheets is the minimum for every dimension and Colours choice. The order form steps are 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 7,500 sheets. More than 7,500 sheets, or anything not on the order form, goes to the Get Custom Quote button.
How long from order to dispatch?
You receive the emailed proof 1 to 2 business days after placing the order. Printing begins after you approve that proof. Production then runs 16 to 18 working days from approval. Dispatch occurs the business day after production completes.
How do I print a repeated design?
A repeat pattern uses a logo or motif repeated across the whole sheet, in 1 or 2 ink colours. On printed tissue paper, 1 Colour covers less than 50 percent of the sheet with ink, while 1 Colour (Full Background) covers more than 50 percent. 2 Colours can also carry that design in two ink colours.
What design help can I add to an order?
Both packages add two working days ahead of the first proof. Custom Design uses a designer, gives two design options on that proof, and includes three revision rounds after it. Redraw Logo converts a low-resolution solid-colour logo to a vector file for solid colour logos only.

What the product is and where it fits
Tissue paper is printed to order with your own artwork, giving custom, personalised printed tissue paper for packaging and branding. It lines gift boxes, acts as a wrap inside boxes and bags for products, and suits sellers in e-commerce, retail, fashion and cosmetics. The stock is white, and every design is offset printed in one or two ink colours. The order form asks for a dimension, a Colours choice, and a quantity.

Colours choices and what prints
The order form offers three Colours choices. They use offset printing with spot ink colours on white stock, and unprinted areas remain white.
- 1 Colour puts one ink colour on the sheet, so a logo prints while the rest stays white.
- 1 Colour (Full Background) puts one ink colour over the whole printable area, and your design shows as the white parts.
- 2 Colours puts two ink colours on the sheet, either as one design colour on a contrasting background or as two design colours on white.
Full-colour is not an option on this order form.
Paper and the four dimensions
The stock is 28 gsm and recyclable. It is white, and the same stock is used for every size on the order form.
- 220 x 300 mm, about A4, suits jewellery, cosmetics, accessories, small gift items, and a liner in a small gift box.
- 380 x 380 mm is the square option for medium products and lining gift boxes.
- 380 x 500 mm suits clothing, folded garments, and mid-size gift boxes.
- 500 x 750 mm suits bulky garments, homeware, large gift boxes, and tall retail packaging.
File setup and upload
The Artwork Guidelines tab holds the artwork spec sheet. It is the reference for preparing a PDF or JPEG file at 100% scale.
- PDF: 3mm bleed, all fonts converted to outlines, and all linked elements embedded.
- Both formats: important text and graphics need at least 3mm inside the trim edge, and borders need to be at least 5mm thick.
- JPEG: 250 to 300 ppi for the file and every element in it.
Files up to 20MB upload from the cart once the product has been added. Larger files are passed to the print shop via a Google Drive or Dropbox link. All uploaded files receive a manual check before printing starts. Low resolution, missing bleed, or lettering positioned near the trim are flagged on the proof, each with a suggested fix.
Box tag and sticker options
Custom full-colour mailer boxes are self-locking corrugated board boxes, with every outside panel printed in full colour. Custom kraft mailer boxes use natural brown kraft board and take a logo in 1 or 2 colours on the outside. Swing tags are small card tags with a top-centre hole, for tying onto clothing, accessories, or gifts. Foil stickers come in Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Copper or Holographic and hold folded tissue closed around a product.
