The budget question always arrives before anything else. A real estate office needs boards for a Saturday opening, a campaign volunteer is working out how far fifty will stretch, and a builder wants a number for two site signs. All three are chasing the corflute sign cost in Australia, and none of them want to fill in a form to get it.
Start with the figure that changes the decision: four 600 x 900 mm signs in 3mm one sided cost $118 in total, and orders of 4 or more signs have free delivery to every Australian postcode. One 600 x 900 mm sign is $39, or $54 once the $15 standard delivery fee to a capital-city metro address is added, and 24 hour production applies to 1 to 3 signs once you approve the proof. Every figure below includes GST and was read from the live price list on 30 October 2026.
The short version
- Four 600 x 900 mm signs for $118 as a total, with free delivery to every Australian postcode, because delivery is included in the price for 4 or more signs.
- One 600 x 900 mm sign is $39, or $54 once standard metro delivery of $15 is added.
- The lowest single-sign total in the tables is $30, for a 600 x 450 mm sign in 3mm one sided.
- Delivery for 1 to 3 signs is $15 metro, $25 regional, $45 remote, or $35 express to the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra metro areas. Pickup at Oakleigh South costs nothing.
- Production runs for 24 hours on orders of 1 to 3 signs in the standard sizes, counted from proof approval.
What corflute signs cost in Australia right now
Three products sit behind these figures. Corflute Signs is the main page: three standard sizes, 3mm or 5mm board, printed one sided or double sided, with no eyelets or with eyelets on all edges. Election Signs is 5mm board printed one sided in the same three sizes, and it costs exactly the same as Corflute Signs in 5mm one sided. Corflute Signs Melbourne is the Melbourne page, priced exactly the same as Corflute Signs at 600 x 900 mm in 3mm one sided.
The standard sizes are 600 x 450 mm, 600 x 900 mm and 900 x 1200 mm. Any other rectangle from 100 mm up to 1200 x 2400 mm is a custom size: you choose Custom Dimension in the Size menu on the Corflute Signs page and the page shows you its price. No custom figure appears here, because the live page is where that number belongs.
Single signs at 3mm one sided give you the entry point at each size: $30 for 600 x 450 mm, $39 for 600 x 900 mm and $76 for 900 x 1200 mm, GST inside all three. If you would rather scan the whole range in one place, the signage and panels category page lists every product that sits behind these numbers.
Corflute sign prices by size and quantity
Every row below is the same product in a different size: Corflute Signs in 3mm board printed one sided. The cells give the order total with the per-sign figure in brackets, and every figure includes GST. From a quantity of 4 upward the total already includes delivery, so the bracket is the whole cost rather than a subtotal waiting for a shipping charge.
| Corflute Signs size (3mm, one sided) | Qty 1 | Qty 3 | Qty 4 | Qty 10 | Qty 50 | Qty 100 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Corflute Signs, 600 x 450 mm, 3mm, one sided | $30 ($30 each) | $58.50 ($19.50 each) | $89 ($22.25 each) | $130 ($13 each) | $290 ($5.80 each) | $490 ($4.90 each) |
| 600 x 900 mm, 3mm, one sided | $39 ($39 each) | $85.50 ($28.50 each) | $118 ($29.50 each) | $190 ($19 each) | $485 ($9.70 each) | $840 ($8.40 each) |
| 900 x 1200 mm, 3mm, one sided | $76 ($76 each) | $133.50 ($44.50 each) | $180 ($45 each) | $275 ($27.50 each) | $840 ($16.80 each) | $1,490 ($14.90 each) |
Read across the 600 x 900 mm row to watch the arithmetic change shape: one sign is $39, ten are $190 and a hundred are $840. The 900 x 1200 mm row runs from $76 for a single sign to $1,490 for the same hundred.
What moves the corflute sign price
Size is the lever with the widest spread. At a quantity of 4, 600 x 450 mm signs come to $89 while 900 x 1200 mm signs come to $180, with the same board, the same one sided print and the same finishing on both. If you are still weighing up which size suits the job, the guide to standard sign sizes for Australian businesses sets out the reasoning for each one.
Board and finishing come next. The 600 x 900 mm page carries four combinations at each quantity, and the second table sets them side by side.
| Corflute Signs 600 x 900 mm option | Qty 1 | Qty 3 | Qty 4 | Qty 10 | Qty 50 | Qty 100 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3mm, one sided, no eyelets | $39 ($39 each) | $85.50 ($28.50 each) | $118 ($29.50 each) | $190 ($19 each) | $485 ($9.70 each) | $840 ($8.40 each) |
| 5mm, one sided, no eyelets | $46 ($46 each) | $106.50 ($35.50 each) | $134 ($33.50 each) | $200 ($20 each) | $570 ($11.40 each) | $975 ($9.75 each) |
| 3mm, double sided, no eyelets | $51.50 ($51.50 each) | $123 ($41 each) | $168 ($42 each) | $250 ($25 each) | $770 ($15.40 each) | $1,360 ($13.60 each) |
| 3mm, one sided, eyelets on all edges | $42.50 ($42.50 each) | $96 ($32 each) | $132 ($33 each) | $225 ($22.50 each) | $660 ($13.20 each) | $1,190 ($11.90 each) |
At a quantity of 4, stepping up to 5mm board takes the total from $118 to $134, and printing both sides takes 3mm board to $168. Eyelets add $3.50 per sign at every quantity here, which is why a single sign moves from $39 to $42.50 while a hundred move from $840 to $1,190.
Quantity does the heavy lifting. Fifty 600 x 900 mm signs in 3mm one sided cost $485, or $9.70 each, against $39 each for a single sign. Nothing about the sign itself changes between those two orders except the number you type into the quantity box.
The jump from three to four is where the pricing changes shape. Three 600 x 900 mm signs cost $85.50, and delivery is charged on top, so $100.50 to a capital-city metro address. Four of the same sign cost $118 with delivery to every postcode already inside that figure. Anyone about to order three should look hard at four before they check out.
Production, delivery and the total cost of an order
Delivery for 1 to 3 signs is charged per order: $15 to a capital-city metro address, $25 to a regional one and $45 to a remote one. Express delivery is $35 per order and covers 1 to 3 signs to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra metro addresses only. From 4 signs upward delivery is built into the price to every Australian postcode, which is why the $118 four-sign total has nothing to add to it.
Work the asked order through end to end. One 600 x 900 mm sign in 3mm one sided is $39. With standard metro delivery it is $54, regional delivery makes it $64, remote makes it $84, and express to a metro address makes it $74. Collect it from the Oakleigh South studio instead and there is nothing to add, because pickup costs nothing.
Production starts once you approve the proof. Orders of 1 to 3 signs in the standard sizes run 24 hours, and so do pickups from Oakleigh South of up to 10 signs in the standard sizes. Delivered orders of 4 or more signs, any order of more than 10 signs, and deliveries to remote areas run 48 hours. Signs at 900 x 1200 mm take 48 to 72 hours delivered and 48 hours picked up from Oakleigh South, while custom sizes are made to order in 3 to 5 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping with Australia Post takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas and 4 to 6 business days to regional areas, and express shipping with StarTrack takes 1 to 2 business days.
Corflute signs for election and real estate campaigns
Election Signs are 5mm board printed one sided in the three standard sizes, and they cost exactly the same as Corflute Signs in 5mm one sided. What differs is the page you order from and the job it is named for, not the price.
The third table covers all three sizes across six quantities.
| Election Signs size (5mm, one sided) | Qty 1 | Qty 3 | Qty 4 | Qty 10 | Qty 50 | Qty 100 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Election Signs, 600 x 450 mm, 5mm, one sided | $33.50 ($33.50 each) | $69 ($23 each) | $103 ($25.75 each) | $140 ($14 each) | $340 ($6.80 each) | $570 ($5.70 each) |
| 600 x 900 mm, 5mm, one sided | $46 ($46 each) | $106.50 ($35.50 each) | $134 ($33.50 each) | $200 ($20 each) | $570 ($11.40 each) | $975 ($9.75 each) |
| 900 x 1200 mm, 5mm, one sided | $79 ($79 each) | $171 ($57 each) | $194 ($48.50 each) | $300 ($30 each) | $980 ($19.60 each) | $1,735 ($17.35 each) |
Two bulk totals are worth holding in mind. Fifty 600 x 900 mm Election Signs come to $570, and a hundred 600 x 450 mm come to $570 as well, from opposite ends of the size range. Both carry delivery to every Australian postcode inside the price, because runs of 4 or more signs work that way. Working out how many signs a campaign needs is the step that decides which column you land in, and real estate offices run the same arithmetic off the Corflute Signs table, where ten 600 x 900 mm signs cost $190.
How to get the best per-sign cost without changing what you get
Three signs delivered to a metro address come to $100.50 all in, against four at $118 with delivery inside the figure to any Australian postcode. That is the whole comparison, and the two totals do the arguing.
Then look at the next quantity break rather than the next size down. Ten 600 x 900 mm signs work out at $19 each and fifty at $9.70 each, both in 3mm one sided. Planning one larger run instead of three small ones is where the per-sign figure does its real work.
On price alone, 3mm beats 5mm at every quantity in the table, so 5mm has to earn its place on the job rather than arrive by default. One sided is the same story. If a sign is only ever read from one direction, double sided printing adds cost without adding anything a passer-by will see.
Melbourne buyers have one more lever: collect from the Oakleigh South studio and pay nothing for delivery at any quantity. The Corflute Signs Melbourne page carries the same prices as the 600 x 900 mm 3mm one sided line above, so the pickup option simply removes the delivery fee from an order of 1 to 3 signs.
Prices were read on 30 October 2026 and they can change, so check the live page on the day you order. Everything else on this page is a matter of reading the right column before you place the order.
